I am using Firefox Browser 127.0.2 (64-bit) on a PC.

Sometimes it happens that an input field on a page in an IFRAME cannot be clicked. The buttons work, but you can't enter anything in the text field.

Only when I press in the address bar and then in the text field, now I can enter text in the text field.

Hi all, I need to solve a problem that is a bit annoying. I am on ubuntu 22.04 and using SNAP Firefox 127.0 (64-bit).

When I am prompted to select a file, for example to upload an image, the file picker is shown. However the thumbnails are so small(and right now I only see the image name) that I cannot see what's the content of the image. I managed to show a preview on the right of the single selected image by modifying an option in about:config. However it is still a pain to find the image I am searching for when I have a long list of images. Is there any way to enable zoom on the list of thumbnails so that I can preview the contents of the images? I don't understand why there is no option to customize the display of the file list. In the attached image I show how it looks right now.

Version 127.0.2 for linux. Opening a direct link to a pdf file gives the error --- Downloading [file].pdf.part (header) [...].pdf.part could not be saved, because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to a different location. --- The file name is 144 characters long including spaces. I don't have any technical browser experience so I'll put what I know. Remember I never chose the "example" folder but I did choose the Documents folder. All my files inside the "example" folder broke and I couldn't delete the weird part file. Clicking properties showed the permissions could not be determined. When I interacted with it (I think I tried deleting it) it gave me an error with "gvfsd-admin daemon". I don't remember what it said exactly. I applied my folder's permissions to its contents and I was able to delete it. It doesn't show up in my downloads manager now. I ran clamav and everything was fine. Note I downloaded the video from a trusted source, twimg or the twitter video host. That's all. I'm almost certain it's due to the filename length. Cancel that. I didn't realize the "Applications" thing did that. I'd suggest to override the "Applications" preference if an error saving occurs. I'd still like to ask about A and B though.

I need to be able to access it via HTTPS with an expired certificate in order to FIX THE EXPIRE CERTIFICATE. How do I do it? Firefox used to have a "accept the risk and continue". Whoever took this feature aware has created a very significant problem for me and I want the capability back.

Running 127.0.1 (64-bit) on EndeavourOS, KDE Plasma, using Wayland. I've had severe crash issues and when troubleshooting I noticed this

Error: Failed to open Wayland display, fallback to X11. WAYLAND_DISPLAY='wayland-0' DISPLAY=':1'

pops up every time I start Firefox via terminal. Why wouldn't Firefox be able to open a Wayland display? Trying to force it with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 firefox doesn't do anything. I get the same error message.
