There is a folder on my Google drive called "Personality-provider". It has about 30 .json files. When is search "Personality-provider" on internet the results indicate this folder and files are associated with Firefox. A. Why are these stored on my google drive? B. Can I delete them from my google drive? C. What are these files? D. Are they necessary for me to have backed up? See images. Many thanks. Will

I need working versions of Firefox not messes like I have been getting recently. 127.1 lost most of my passwords and won't link to websites I use every day. This version is a mess. I have had to go through and reset multiple passwords, and can't login to websites I use every day. Check your updates before you release them. I know have firefox set to not upgrade automatically.

When pasting text into Outlook Online the text removes the preceding space. A minor inconvenience but it does mean I have to double space before pasting.

Also after pasting text I get a paste box that locks out any controls unless I click out of it or press ESC. (image below)

Text being copied from inside Outlook doesn't pop up the box.

This problem is only happening with Firefox as using a different browser (i.e. chrome at office) does not do either of the problems. Anyway to fix either option?

whenever i try to play a in fullscren on my android phone, there apears a grey sidebar apears on a side, this happens only when the fullscreen is horizontal, additionaly sometimes you can see time and battery cut of in half on the top of the screen as well, that is usually accompanied by a grey bar at the bottom.

From the article "Microsoft OAuth Authentication and Thunderbird in 2024" there is a screenshot showing a OAuth2 option for the SMTP server setting with STARTTLS connection security. It does not appear for me. There are only the five options, as shown in the screenshot. How do enable the option to be available in the drop-down list or set it?

The available options are:

No Authentication Normal Password Encrypted Password Kerberos / GSSAPI NTLM

I am on Thunderbird version 115.12.1 (64-bit), Windows 11, version 23H2, build 22631.3737

For over a year, I've used my Firefox browser to read the Kindle books. In the top right corner there should be six icons representing 1. Table of contents 2. Search 3. Reader settings (size of font and one or two columns) 4. Annotations 5. Add bookmark 6. Reader menu - this should have five dropdown items including "go to page" which is missing. It now only displays the first and the last, and I want to use "go to page" which is missing.

Another failure of going to the right page - when I log into Firefox on my desktop after browsing Kindle on my Kindle reader, Firefox is meant to go automatically to where I have been reading on the table. Instead it goes to the beginning of the book. That looks like the same problem - failure to go to the right page.

It works fine on Opera but I have to look up my passwords and type in the URL, whereas my Firefox browser shows Kindle along the top, and my password manager works for Firefox. So Opera is very inconvenient.

I guessed that my version of Firefox has become corrupted, but couldn't find how to re-install it.

I am experiencing a significant issue with my website, which fails to load when accessed via Google Chrome. The website works perfectly on other browsers like chrome, Safari, and Edge.However, when attempting to Click here in mozila, the page remains blank and does not load at all. Additionally, I have noticed a persistent problem with reCAPTCHA. Even though I solve the CAPTCHA correctly, it repeatedly appears, preventing me from accessing the site. Hi This morning when I tried to send an email I got a message there was no disk space & so couldn't save copy to sent (I have 848 GB free on HD)

I tried to copy some old sent emails to a folder I've used in the past (old sent) & TB crashed. When I restarted it, many of my subfolders were missing. They are all still showing in Local folders in profile. I deleted all msf files & restarted TB. Nothing.

How can I restore these folders? Hopefully that's possible! Thanks

Several times in the last 5 months, I received a notification on my Pixel 7 phone telling me that Firefox was, "using large amounts of data." The first time it was about 750 MB of data (in a 20-ish min period). Today, it was about 400 MB of data (also in a 20-ish minute period). Both times I was simply browsing news sites - catching up on the days news. Today, I was logged into the New York Times (I'm a subscriber) when I received the high data usage notification. I'm a dinosaur who is still on a limited - 2GB - plan, so gobbling up a quarter of my data in 20-ish minutes hurts. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this one?

I attempted to upload two screenshots showing my data usage - 1 showing the overall data usage - the spike. And the other showing Firefox usage. It is unclear to me whether or not the pictures uploaded. Also, I had written this query before but I'm not sure it submitted. If it did, I apologize for the repeat.

I recently updated many drivers on my Windows PC as it was running very sluggish. I ran CC cleaner on it and updated 6 drivers including the Graphics card and several others.

Now Firefox browser will not launch. I have installed the latest version of Firefox also.. 127 I believe it is.

Any ideas on how to get it to run again?

I had to swap out my hard drive the other day without being able to save any data from Firefox. When the new disk was reloaded from the old one the user names were not made the same as with the old disk. When i use Firefox and save a password it says it has been saved but when I use the same site again the passwords don't fill in. When I look at the passwords via the passwords settings there is nothing there. Can you tell me how to get passwords to work please? Thanks John

Because I've used Edge before, and it works very well and consumes little of my device resources. Issue 2 After the last update of Mozilla version 127.0.1, the use of in private mode became more difficult to use, and with my habit of keeping tabs open in private mode for a long time, sometimes up to 3 months. And I'd like to know when Mozilla will make it better for people who like to use it privately, because I don't like to use general mode, it's like there's constant surveillance for Mozilla users, and there are also cookies, so I don't like these and use them in privacy mode all the time I surf the web.And why is it harder for me to use it in In private mode? I have a hard time adjusting the buttons. I don't like the button that comes in place of the homepage button.
