When I want to access a particular page the page appears and then immediately disappears. In another instance I can get to a site but some of the links won't work. When I try and use the link the page appears and then quickly an error 500 Message appears. These problems don't exist If I switch to ms edge. This of course is a pain to have to switch prowsers to reach these pages particular with the site that I can enter but can't use some of the links. Would really appreciate your help

I have a YouTube loading problem, it works on all other browsers except Firefox. When you go to the YouTube homepage, the whole screen is blank with black and grey colours, on the homepage no video loads, no words on the screen, no ads, just blank. it works like normal on Chrome,Opera,Internet Explorer.

I am on windows 8, all blockers are off, on the latest version 115.9.1. no other problems on my PC.

Help me get my right panel, that dissapeard back to right side where it belongs. It Disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!! My screen is filled them links!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 77 years old and have liked and used firefox for as far back as I can remember. I've read many posts that have said they have the same problem!!!!!!!! I really like Firefox and don't want to switch to another browser, but looks like me and many other dissatisfied customers to do also.

When I downloader the Firefox I then try tobrowse a company,etc a page comes up withFirefox logo and a line that has Google and the place for the url/ I cannot get the actual browser to open.

Certain email newsletters that I signed up for (and verified) go directly to trash. I have no Thunderbird filters on nor does my internet or computer. How can I fix this? I switched from Outlook but sadly, will have to go back if this isn't fixed.

Hello, It's there any option/setting in mozilla thunderbird for drag and drop emails to local drive folder and save them under another filename that the standard "Subject" name? I don't know if i'm clearly enough, that's why i want to make a briefly description of the operation i want and the way the emails i want to appear in my folder. I drag and drop an email to my folder and this email has the filename represented by the "Subject" of that email. Can i change the way emails are saved ? Or can i drag and drop emails from one sender in separate folder ?

Hi, my proxy configuration settings got selected to No proxy and I'm unable to update it to auto proxy/manual proxy configuration settings as you can see in the below image, the pop got disabled and unable to select other options.

Steps to replicate 1.open fire fox browser 2.click on settings 3.select general >> Network settings 4.Click on settings

Actual result: unable to edit the proxy configuration settings got selected to no proxy and editing is disabled

Expected result: should allow user to select the below configuration options i. Auto detect proxy settings for this network ii.use system proxy settings iii.Manual proxy configuration
