Youtube won't work anymore. I've been watching youtube for years and now on Firefox and now it won't work anymore. For months now it keeps saying "Gah. Your tab just crashed". I've tried many things to fix but nothing works. Really annoying. Is it time for me to stop using firefox?

Since my phone ran out of charge last night I have been unable to access https://archive.org. when I try I get error secure connection failed. I have used this site extensively in the past and have not experienced such a problem until this morning. I've downloaded the latest Firefox from playstore but the problem persists. whenever i try to play a in fullscren on my android phone, there apears a grey sidebar apears on a side, this happens only when the fullscreen is horizontal, additionaly sometimes you can see time and battery cut of in half on the top of the screen as well, that is usually accompanied by a grey bar at the bottom.

( when I double tap to go like +60 sec and more.. this pop up comes.. when you normally double tap to go +10 or +20 sec ahead it doesn't show up.. but when you want to go ahead in the video by tapping... Several times in the last 5 months, I received a notification on my Pixel 7 phone telling me that Firefox was, "using large amounts of data." The first time it was about 750 MB of data (in a 20-ish min period). Today, it was about 400 MB of data (also in a 20-ish minute period). Both times I was simply browsing news sites - catching up on the days news. Today, I was logged into the New York Times (I'm a subscriber) when I received the high data usage notification. I'm a dinosaur who is still on a limited - 2GB - plan, so gobbling up a quarter of my data in 20-ish minutes hurts. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this one?

I attempted to upload two screenshots showing my data usage - 1 showing the overall data usage - the spike. And the other showing Firefox usage. It is unclear to me whether or not the pictures uploaded. Also, I had written this query before but I'm not sure it submitted. If it did, I apologize for the repeat.

Issue 1: Why does Mozilla heat up so fast even though my device has no problems at all, and when will it be fixed? Because I've used Edge before, and it works very well and consumes little of my device resources. Issue 2 After the last update of Mozilla version 127.0.1, the use of in private mode became more difficult to use, and with my habit of keeping tabs open in private mode for a long time, sometimes up to 3 months. And I'd like to know when Mozilla will make it better for people who like to use it privately, because I don't like to use general mode, it's like there's constant surveillance for Mozilla users, and there are also cookies, so I don't like these and use them in privacy mode all the time I surf the web.And why is it harder for me to use it in In private mode? I have a hard time adjusting the buttons. I don't like the button that comes in place of the homepage button.

I've seen too many threads about this issue. This has been around for four years straight. No one ever managed to solve this problem and developers didn't care either. I've tried everything I've found so far: 1. Force sync on Android after sync on Desktop; 2. Disconnect and reconnect everything; 3. Uninstall and install again Firefox on both devices; 4. Clear data on both devices; 5. Login in different ways (e-mail, qr code, etc.); 6. Turn off one device, sync and turn on later; 7. Disconnect all other devices that isn't related with this problem; 8. Activate and deactivate 2 Factor login; Anyways, this sync feature doesn't seem to work at all. Almost all threads ended up abandoned, just like the app itself. Do anyone ever found a reliable solution for this?

I've been using firefox for 20 years and never experienced problems with webpage display until I started using it on my new phone samsung s23 ultra.

More often some webpages will not size correctly with my screen and is cut off so I have to switch to chrome.

For example, only 80% of this webpage is displayed. https://www.unsw.edu.au/newsroom/news/2024/04/pfas-forever-chemicals-above-drinking-water-guidelines-in-global-source-water

Is this a bug?

Firefox for Android gets frozen when using it to open large PDF files. I have been meaning to change my default PDF viewer app, but once Firefox has been set as the default PDF viewer for Android, there will no way to change this default; as Firefox default's don't have the option to be deleted through Android's App Info menu.

I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

Hi, I have a problem with some websites that are using Arabic language "only", these websites required mobile number to login and mobile number is "ten digits" once I entered 9 digits it is in "English" but once I entered the "tenth number" it goes to "Arabic numerical" and the website is refusing to login during to "uncurrect" numbers. Screen shots attached.

Request solution is to make these in "English numerical not Arabic". Keep in mind this issue is also applicable to the PC version and need to be fixed.
