Whether I use Firefox or Google, when i pull up search results NONE of the businesses show a rating anymore, a feature which used to be there. Example, I search for "home insurance". A list of Insurance companies with their overall average rating should show up. The ratings are gone. All of them. Why is this? Same happens regardless of what type of business I am searching for.

Hello Help, I go to https://support.mozilla.org/gl/questions/1340339 as per Google's directions and find 3 Firefox Feedback items, yet no way to get to the Google's and Mozilla's standard prevalent "Go to Help and click 'Submit Feedback'," yet there is no such option for this. It's odd bc I see this:

  "2 respostas    3 have this problem     2 views"

Repostas isn't even in English, and there's no way to click a "I have this problem exact same problem" and the "Views" have to be greater than 2. I see one angry feedback was complaining there is no way to submit feedback, and the response is the standard answer. Are you talking about a different Firefox or you're, for some reason, giving the Android solution? Or perhaps you pulled 3 questions submitted via the question forum, well before more people could say they also have the same issue, and posted static copies of them. At least have the wherewithal to tell us there's no way to just submit feedback other than by the question forum. This doesn't seem like too much to ask of you where you get the chance to defend yourselves when it's required. And it seems reasonable to submit feedback so as a person gets an answer, so why not say so? Anyway, that's my peeve except for a different one I'll ask separately. Cheers, r P.S. I have posted this before but have not found a solution. When I open my modem configuration page in FireFox I get one display but when I open it in Edge (which I would only use if absolutely as a last resort) I get a different but correct display. I will attach two jpg images to illustrate what I see. Notice the overlap on the FireFox image. This only occurred with a recent update in Fox.

I run Firefox on a Mac. I've saved my gmail login credentials in my Firefox saved passwords. About a month ago I started having a problem where opening the gmail login page no longer autofills my gmail username. I've used Firefox, Gmail, and Mac together for 14 years. This has never been a problem until July 2024.

I can't find an answer in Mozilla Support, Stackoverflow, etc.

When I open the Google "Choose an account" page, my account name doesn't show up above my email address. The problem ceases only temporarily when I clear the cache and the Google cookies. Any suggestions?

hello, I would like to recover my deleted Firefox history because this history is very important because it is related to my work, however I have tried a lot of methods to recover my deleted Firefox history as a backup copy, type ipconfig/displaydns , I also downloaded a lot of data recovery software but all these methods gave no results, so what I ask you please is to try recover my deleted Firefox history the days of july 20.21,2024 if you are unable to do this for me please help me contact Mozilla Firefox technical support, I would like to point out that the history I am talking to you about is very important so if you help me I will contact you will be very grateful, thank you for your understanding

Well until a week ago I had no problems with Mozilla and apparently it got to a point where I deleted Mozilla and went to the Mozilla site downloaded the 64 version and couple of things have changed not sure why but they have and I'm not sure what to do ... The main thing is moving files into sites like We Transfer and Mega ... It just bounces off ... I took these sharing sites to like Edge and Opera not a problem.... Mozilla won't work.

I have tried everything but my sites show up in microfonts and run off the page, examples are Amazon and Mailchimp. I then have to enlarge it and end up scrolling to the right to try and see the whole page. I went to the settings and changed fonts & font sizes but the problem remains. It drives me crazy and it is also time consuming. What am I not doing right or how can I resolve this?

When a website that requires a secure (HTTPS) connection tries to secure communication with your computer, Firefox cross-checks this attempt to make sure that the website certificate and the connection method are actually secure. If Firefox cannot establish a secure connection, it will display a Secure Connection Failed or Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue error page. Secure Connection Failed

A Secure Connection Failed error page will include a description of the error and a Try Again button. There is no option to add a security exception to bypass this type of error.

The horizontal scroll bars had been missing for certain URL in firefox since mid last year 2023. I just downloaded the latest version for windows 11 and it is still missing.

I have checked the settings > General > browsing > related to scrollbars and they are all checked, namely: - use autoscrolling - use smooth scrolling

But it is still missing! I generally use firefox for my work and Google chrome for my personal use - to compartmentalize my browsing content/history. Now I will have to ditch firefox and use chrome only for both work and personal if this is not fixed.

I need to connect to my employers Citrix portal tot start a Citrix session for my daily job. The problem is that when try to login using my credentials nothing happens except for the loading icon of Firefox that keeps "spinning" (see image).

When I do the same in another browser, like Chromium for example, everything works fine.

I already tried the following steps:

- Installing an older version of the Citrix Workspace app - Reinstalling Firefox - Disabling the blocking extensions

I am using the following versions of components:

OS: Linux Mint Vanessa 21 Citrix Workspace app: 24.5.0.76 Firefox: 129.0

Other colleagues report the same issues when using Firefox whether in Windows of Linux.

Any help would be much appreciated?

Hello, I noticed that some plugins that claim of MPL 1.1 License is actually close source, furthermore, some of those even have “Recommended” tag. Since this is a big misleading considering these plugins actually have very broad permissions, I consider those plugins as abuse. I reported them 1 or 2 months ago but no response. I don't want to list those names out in case it was just the author selected a wrong selection, but i do believe that the author should correct that, and the more important thing is Mozilla should check this more carefully.
