Hi All,

Is there a way to replace the navigation icons on the context menu with their text-only counterparts?

I've tried the following code segments which provide less-than-optimal results.

This one which worked in FF 88, now removes the icons, but leaves 4 blank buttons in a row with no text...

#context-reload image,
#context-stop image,
#context-bookmarkpage image {display: none !important;}}

This one completely removes the options, but I would like to keep them, and replace them with their text counterparts

}

Please see attached images for the before and after of what I'm trying to achieve.

Might be nice to have the blank icon column to the left of these 4 items so they all line up with the items below, but I can live without that if it's not possible.

Outgoing emails are blocked. This pop up shows. Receiver can send emails in.

Firefox isn't having a memory leak (RAM and CPU usage stays the same) nor is it maxing my GPU or anything like that. But if I watch enough of a 1080p60fps stream or enough 1080p60fps content in general (this stream is a notable offender: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6OOnrx8g58), it'll start to slow down over time (generally a couple of hours) and [really chug and drop frames like its nobody's business: https://i.imgur.com/OmHqJ8a.png. This does not occur in Edge (the streams run silky smooth even after 2+ straight hours of watching), nor does it happen on other streaming sites like Twitch. It also doesn't happen in Firefox on my desktop.

Regular 1080p60fps videos are MOSTLY unaffected. The buffer wheel animation in most videos is choppy and moving back/forth with the 5-sec rewind/ff feature results in a short, choppy buffer wheel on a lot of videos(https://imgur.com/tm1AtkB), even if the video itself is mostly unaffected. Some more "intense" videos will make the fan speed go up. HD videos are *slightly* less smooth when in this state. Unpausing a video often results in a short buffer wheel before the video resumes if left paused for at least a minute or so. I also get a tiny TINY bit of frameskip on the occasional Twitter video while in this "state".

Its like the memory is "caching" something and killing the process clears that "cache", yet I have no idea what is actually doing this.

Refreshing the page/closing and reopening the stream stream has no effect, its like an affliction and will still be choppy when you reload. Restarting the Firefox session or killing the process the stream or a video is running through fixes it for awhile (even if the stream stilll drops more frames overall than it would in Edge), but it feels like I have an "allowance" of 1080p60fps content before these streams start to chug. Nothing else in-browser is lagging at all.

I know that there is a generic Linux iteration that can be downloaded, but it does not appear to allow for use on ARM64. Is there a way that I can download, install, and access Firefox on my Orange Pi 5 Plus?

I moved from 115.10.1 32 bit to 115.10.2 64 bit. What the hell happened to everything? No file menu standard bar, tools menu moved from top left to hidden menu drop down on top right (you should NEVER move controls from one side to the other), no way to delete all marked as junk? This is unusable.

When photos, videos, or websites are linked on a FB comment, it used to display a thumbnail preview below the comment. Now it just shows the link. On mobile, the preview appears. So I'm thinking a setting got changed on the desktop version.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to correct?

I checked with my website/email host who show no problem. I was able to see new messages I missed there, so the site is working. I checked with my internet provider, Centurylink (DTTH) who says I'm paid up and there are no restrictions on my account, which shows active. Settings hadn't seemed to have changed, but I received 2 domain emails since then, nothing else. I noticed that the program updated right around the time of the problem, but it comes up and acts normally. 'tis a brain scratcher, it is.

A bit desperate here. Windows crashed with no chance of repairing the installation. Hard drive And all files on it are accessible. Firefox had thousands of bookmarks for a very important project.

There seems to be no Firefox profile on the drive. Searched in hidden folders as well. Certainly not where it’s supposed to be: …\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

Search for all files on the drive, but there seems to be no SQLITE or JSON files related to Firefox.

Not even a folder anywhere in the drive called Mozilla or Firefox or Profiles or Profile (at least not in relation to Firefox).

There’s no file called places.sqlite or bookmarkbackups anywhere on the drive.

The drive itself seems to be in a good condition and all other files are there and accessible. The file system doesn’t seem to be corrupt And man thousands of bookmarks were there before windows crashed.

Also checked places in \Roaming\ Just in case, as sometimes it could be found there for some installations.

Nothing found anywhere so far. Seems like running out of options.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

FIrefox is not loading new pages from the home page- it will load history I've saved or previous tabs, but opening a new tab and searching or typing in a website won't connect. Uninstalling and reinstalling briefly fixes the issue but as soon as my computer enters sleep mode the same thing happens. IS there a way to fix this? It's been happening for about a week now.

A brand new windows 11 laptop. I've installed TB 115.9.0 (64-bit) and want to migrate a profile from another machine to this one.

When I try and do anything with the profiles (about:profiles) I can see the profiles TB thinks it has (several now after my mucking around), but in every case, if I click on the Open Folder button I get the message

C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\7654blah.Default User is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disk is inserted,.....

I have tried manually adding the folder it can't open into the profile directory, no change. I have tried creating new profile with the profile manager, but no folder is ever created by the application itself.

I'm out of ideas.

I keep needing to sign back into my main (default) Google account when I restart Firefox. Checked cookies and even disabled blocking of any cookies. Still same issue, and unique to Google. All other sites (Facebook, LinkedIn) stay signed in upon browser restart.

Seems after the latest update Thunderbird will not receive some emails. It has stopped receiving emails coming from some cell phones and some .com emails. Some cell phone emails work and others that previously did do not anymore. I do not understand the random situation. No settings have been changed nor is there any setting to correct this. I even reinstalled Thunderbird.

When I start Thunderbird, it asks for Master Password right away, and then again just after it opens up.

I asked question last year, but didn't get much response.

What can I do to just have it ask one time when starting Thunderbird? I tried disabling "check new messages at startup" on all accounts.

If I have a chat open or the video has a chat replay instead of showing the chat it pops up a mini browser instead. It constantly duplicates itself too, causing the video to be unwatchable with the sound constantly repeating. I've seen a couple other people with this issue but have been unable to find a solution.
