The Mozilla Crash Reporter dialog box appears when Thunderbird crashes and lets you send a crash report. Learn how it works and how to access your crash reports.

The Mozilla Crash Reporter allows you to send a report of your crash to a collection system which assigns a Crash ID, also known as a Report ID. You will want to post your ID(s) in your bug report or support request. Thunderbird developers use reports to make future versions of Thunderbird crash less frequently.
