Hello, I'm having trouble moving the spam folder out of the trash. It doesn't have the 'move to' option like the other folders I created. Even deleting the folder through the program doesn't work.

I've already tried deleting and moving the file from the '%APPDATA%\Thunderbird\Profiles' folder, but it didn't work.

The computer was formatted for other reasons, and the problem still persists. Is there any solution for this?

Last week I accessed Duolingo and it worked fine. Now I get to the site and it just shows "loading."

What has changed? (I tried Chrome and it works fine.)

I have not made any changes to the settings in either Duolingo or Firefox.

As seen in the image, I have wasted spacing after the message in the list, how can I either remove the wasted space, or preferably, center the text as is the norm with outlook/emclient/others

It just looks and feels so unnatural and i just cant get used to it.

When I am supposed to get a google sign-in from Thunderbird, all I get is a blank white window on my computer. I another computer it works. I have tried a lot of settings and cleared a lot of passwords and cookies. Nothing I have found after hours of trying has helped.

I hope there is something easy I have overlooked.

Questions re Email Inbox and Reply window:

1) I can't find a list here showing the Inbox icons and what they mean, specifically this one. I can't delete it, nor do I see anything in the inbox list of column indicators that it might be. I'd like to know what it's for and if/how it can be removed.

2) I want to have more space for the message pane; the only way to do this is to have a smaller font size for the email List pane. I don't see where I can change this. Is it possible to decrease this font size? I've tried but haven't t been able to locate info on this website.)

3) Reply font: I keep changing it to my Preference, but it keeps going back to a default.

Also, find it annoying that I can't select a specific font SIZE. I've never seen a Windows desktop software of ANY kind, not just email, which doesn't give have choice of font size as well as the font itself. Is there a suggestion area on this website?

Basically when I click an image, it shows up in full screen instead of on the side like I'd like it to. Once I click the 'x' at the top right, it has appeared at the right side like it's supposed to. Is there a setting I can change to stop this from happening. Everytime this happens, the preview is always low quality so it looks bad. An example is the Panda image provided. Thanks.

Though the previous version of Thunderbird worked fine on this machine i have been obliged to install a new version : 128.1Oesr.exe All that happens now in that the instalation goes on repreating only to stop when at times reaching a page stating that to open my existing Thunderbird account i need to complete the form asking for : my name, email, password

I check my Mozilla account and found i have a User name and a Display name. Which do i use to complete the form to open my existing Thunderbird account. Where would i find a password for my Thunderbird account? Nothing appears for Mozilla in my list off saved passwords and tbh i didn't know there was a password for the Thunderbird account.

I really need help quickly because having been obliged to instal the update i am now without my email account. thank you

This is relatively new. i have ALWAYS set my search settings so that it only shows my bookmarks and previously visited websites, and i have NEVER visited mozilla.org before now. i even install Firefox from an installer i get from a DIFFERENT PC.

So why now is Mozilla.org coming up as the FIRST result when i type the letter "M" on the keyboard?

i checked in Settings, under Search, and "Search Suggestions" are all unchecked, and the only things under "Address Bar" that are checked are "Browsing History" and "Bookmarks". And i already checked my bookmarks and deleted the newly added "Mozilla" folder (which must have been put there after an update), and History is empty, save for my few visited sites. Firefox is also set to "Never Remember History", so any NEW wesbite visits get wiped out after closing the window.

After typing "m", when mozilla.org came up in the results, i have hit Shift + Delete to remove it from the list, but as soon as i type "m" again, it's right back there!

i realize that it is self-serving for Mozilla to have themselves as a recommendation, but it clutters my view when i am looking for MY URLs; the ones that i visit regularly.

am i missing something? please tell me there is a way to turn this off...
