No matter how many times I get that code sent to rlane196350@yahoo.com which is my Mozilla Firefox email account it will not accept it. Why, and what am I supposed to do???

 Id appreciate an answer now before my new laptop arrives.

I'm using version 129 of Firefox for Android on a Galaxy S23+. I've used Microsoft Authenticator before to sign into Firefox Sync and Firefox Account.

Today it won't accept the MS Authenticator code. I also tried one of the backup codes and that didn't work either.

With either option above that I tried, I'm directed to a screen that reads: "Did you use the system camera? When I try to sync my iOS, device, I am able to scan the QR code on my desktop machine, then I am asked for my two FA code from the authenticator app, and after I submit that, I repeatedly receive the error screen noted on the uploaded image below. When trying the alternative method of signing in with my email password, my mobile Firefox app simply hangs and does not proceed after I enter my current password.

I have changed my Mozilla password. I have signed out and signed back into Mozilla account. I have restarted my iPhone. I have restarted my desktop. I am successfully synced between my desktop and laptop.

Any suggestions?

When I attempt to use my mjg229@duck.com email I get told email already in use But it's not in the acct I'm using? Wondering if I have another account. But when I try signing in with the duck com email I get an error. I think it was a 505 error Could you find my duck.com address and free it from any accts. Or how do I free my email? That's the email I want to use for my acct!

Hi I was trying to create the recovery password and I thought duckduck go had saved my original password and it hadn't so cat remember because it was one it had generated allsorts of letters and symbols so I need to start again and don't know how to go about it can you help please

Title. I'm aware i can turn off the sync/log out of the account that will further stop my data going into the wrong hands; is there a way i can remotely factory reset the app, basically?

When trying to login to my Firefox acct on my Android, it accepted my password, but when I paste the 2FA auth code from my Windows Authenticator app I get an error saying "Missing parameter: %(param)s"

How can I get into my account?

It kept telling me wrong password so I went to Google Chrome and changed it. It still says wrong password. I have been sent 5 Mozilla Account Authorrization Codes. I enter code, it takes me to sign in and tells me Wrong Password Everytime. I'm lost. Please help
