My old 'Legion' laptop had my (I'd guess) open tabs history from late June! I now have a new laptop, and I logged into Firefox, and didn't see all history from June. I need those 'previous' sessions... Where are They??

I am very strongly opposed to any AI features being forced on me. When I opened Amazon today I discovered Fakespot had turned it self on. Might there might be some way to edit my config file to not have this happen again?

Whenever I have Firefox open with certain games, the browser randomly freezes and ultimately crashes. But especially when I have videos running. The game itself does not crash and runs completely fine with no issues.

I have no idea what causes it, and I used to not have this issue at all before. However, I believe it was after I upgraded my computer, which should have no issues with the specs I have.

I have been cleaning up a rather messy and duplicate-filled set of bookmarks on my desktop and have inadvertently deleted a single folder I would very much like to have back. I have that same folder (ten years of photography-related links) on my laptop but do not see a straight forward way to bring it alone over to my desktop. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

I am not computer savy and I have tried every way I know to get to the following web site. Please help me. I put it in and it just says not logged in. I have tried changing passwords and that does not matter. I was in the middle of watching the Phillies and the Braves play on Apple TV+ 7/5/24. While watching the game, the screen flashed a message I couldn't catch and that was the end of viewing Apple TV+. From that moment on all that was displayed was the original promotional page (attached) that seemed to have all it's links disabled. After playing with it for awhile with no success I switched to Chrome and the streaming ran okay. I then reinstalled a clean Firefox but I still have the same issue. A dead Apple TV+. I am baffled by this. Need help. Please see attachment. I am running Windows 11

Whenever I log into my amazon account, a windows prompt pops up telling me to use "windows hello passkeys" so I can log into the website using my windows pin/fingerprint. I cannot find a way to stop this from popping up, and I do not want to be bothered by it. Is there a way to prevent this from showing? I can't find any solution online

I have a desktop and a laptop. Desktop crashed, so rebuilding.

Firefox on both, settings same on both. On Desktop - Last Pass will not appear. On laptop, same as it always has been.

Very weird.

Firefox keeps going off for from 5 seconds to about 20 seconds. It happens several times a minute. The screen goes blank and I can’t click on anything. Really aggravating. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Since the penultimate and now the last current update to version 127.0.2 (64Bit), the button (tile with the + sign) to add new shortcuts is no longer available. How can new shortcuts be added now?

Generally the video source either YT or twitch should only play/resume when that tab is in focus. however since the latest update its being doing it even when firefox is not focused and I am working on something else.

alright guys you need to fix your browser, it crashes everytime i try to play a youtube video.. i searched tou site for fixes and NOTHING worked. you vanilla version of the browser was perfect then yall had to go and do the microsux thing and screw it all up by adding this that or the kitchen sink. i have submitted numerous reports yet no resolution. if you guys dont fix your crap i will move on to another browser and recommend to all my friends n family to do the same.

For about a couple of weeks, there has been a lot of delay between what I type and when it actually appears. It's maddening! I have not changed any of my Firefox settings. I did a 'refresh' about an hour ago. I am not seeing any network activity that I cannot recognize. I d/l'd 'Malwarebytes' and ran it..."no threats". MS Defender has always been on & protecting me. I have never had this situation occur before and am hoping for some help (5 to 10 seconds to wait for what you've keyed in is not fun).

NOT to remove personal data? Does it give you an option for personal date not to be removed?? what about all the stored password? Problem: When exporting or downloading content from the GUI in the digital forensics tool Velociraptor, underscores are appended to the beginning and end of filenames. File is otherwise downloaded correctly, but removal of underscores necessary if original filename is desired. One hypothesis is that perhaps for security reasons there were changes made in Firefox 127 for how character escaping is performed.

Tested Operating Systems: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11 22H2, Windows 11 24H2, macOS Sonoma (14.5) Affected Firefox version(s): Confirmed 127.0, 127.0.1, 127.0.2 Tested Firefox versions which do not reproduce the behavior: 126.x, 125.x > Testing Microsoft Edge, Chromium, Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, Linux: files download with correct name as expected. Testing performed with clean installations on clean VMs with no add-ons enabled.

To reproduce: Download the latest release of Velociraptor from Github (at the time of this writing, 0.72.3) for preferred platform / operating system. Run Velociraptor using the gui switch, e.g. "$sudo velociraptor-v0.72.3-windows-amd64 gui" or "$ velociraptor-v0.72.3-windows-amd64.exe gui" Navigate to Server Artifacts and click the "+" icon at the top Search for Server.Utils.CreateMSI - select and press Launch Select the newly-created flow, click "Uploaded Files" tab and click vfs_path to download the file or, click the Notebook tab and click Download JSON or Download CSV buttons to download JSON or CSV respectively, underscores are appended to beginning and end of filenames.

I have no idea how to fix a problem that just emerged in the last hour.

I can't download file attachments sent by email. Yesterday I could. I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my browser for more than 10 years. I tried restarting my computer that didn't help.

I tried redownloading Firefox after I saw that i was unable to download any extenstions/add-ons. Anytime i try to download something from the firefox browser, the download fails or gets cancelled. I never changed any settings, how can i fix this?
