I don’t know if it was an update that automatically installed or something but all my tabs keep closing when I exit the app. All my private tabs I had open are gone :/ and I keep trying to leave tabs open, close the app, and open it again and they all still get erased. I saw this was a problem last year too but didn’t see if there was a solution or not.

While accessing my yahoo Mail account on the firefox browser for any length of time the Yahoo mail Will breakdown and completely lose all functions. While accessing my Wall Street Journal account on the firefox browser, I note that commentary on many articles is blocked. That is, the commentary section of the article shows no comments posted. However, when I switch to the Safari browser, the same article Will show multiple comments posted.

Hello I have a problem with site https://sellercentral.amazon.com, some parts of this site doesn’t work in Firefox, so I should use another browser. 1. When I want to download a form, I choose ‘’print’’ but nothing happen 2. I can’t report abuse in Amazon, because I can’t open non of the options with Firefox. I changed settings but nothing happened. You can see my setting in Attach. Please solve my problem, I use this browser in IOS in iPad. In Android or Windows, it’s ok. Thanks.

I installed update last week on iPad (17.5.1). lost all tabs;-( Also, now won't create new tabs. I am also not installing the new OSX update -- cuz . .. Plz help! many tx!

Youtube won't work anymore. I've been watching youtube for years and now on Firefox and now it won't work anymore. For months now it keeps saying "Gah. Your tab just crashed". I've tried many things to fix but nothing works. Really annoying. Is it time for me to stop using firefox?

When, my pharmacy sends me a text with information describing something and I click on the highlighted area, it never opens, it just goes to the home page. How do I open things that are sent to me that are important to me.

Ever since I updated the app, all of my tabs keep disappearing when I close the app. I’ve kept a lot of tabs on my Firefox app, and it’s very upsetting that I keep losing the tabs that I need. Is there any fix?

I updated the iOS app today and it closed all my tabs in private browsing mode and will not keep any open. It also will not default to private browsing anymore even if I open a link from a private window. The help pages list settings that do not exist. Please advise

Your new update has possibly screwed my private tavs opening data because private tabs no longer open when I use the firefox IOS website for my Iphone and it is quite annoying since I had a lot of private tabs open before this incident occurred Can I please get a response on how to fix this annoying problem by the firefox team and when an update will occur to fix it this from this 127.0 New Update of yours please fix the private tabs from closing on my IOS Iphone device it is quite annoying when I fully exit the app or give me an idea how to fix it.

I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

Since earlier today, every time I open firefox on my ipad it logs out websites. Even if I just logged in with the "remember me" option checked, and even if I close and restart the browser immediately the sites are already logged out again. I am NOT in private browsing mode and I'm using the latest version. I've also tried: - clearing cache - clearing cookies - clearing all website data - restarting the ipad None of these things have allowed sites to stay logged in for me. It seems to be a bug and it's currently making firefox totally unusable.

Can’t get Firefox to autofill user names & passwords on my iPad. Also, can’t enter addresses to be used later to autofill forms & not sure if it’s remembering new logins.

When I try to access my passwords I get a message that I must have a “device passcode enabled”. I don’t know what this means or where it’s located. (See image).

These features were working previously but I must have changed vital settings. When I search help I’m unable to follow the instructions because my display does not show the items mentioned.

Any help much appreciated.

I'm using Firefox for ios to access all social media rather than using their apps. Since FB changed the messanger to end to end encryption, I can't communicate with any of my friends using Firefox, can you please let me know why and how to fix it, everything was working fine until the above change took place.

My Firefox on iPhone (latest version) will pop up the sign in / password dialogue whenever I click an input field for text. It’s not detecting OTPs more than half the time, and even OTP dialogue boxes cause Firefox to try and open the Keychain and sign in, even if it’s not on the sign in page! I find this very concerning. Reinstalling Firefox doesn’t fix it and rebooting phone doesn’t fix it. Any ideas?

I would include a screen but it’s displaying personal information every time I click a text field.
