I'm using Firefox for ios to access all social media rather than using their apps. Since FB changed the messanger to end to end encryption, I can't communicate with any of my friends using Firefox, can you please let me know why and how to fix it, everything was working fine until the above change took place.

My Firefox on iPhone (latest version) will pop up the sign in / password dialogue whenever I click an input field for text. It’s not detecting OTPs more than half the time, and even OTP dialogue boxes cause Firefox to try and open the Keychain and sign in, even if it’s not on the sign in page! I find this very concerning. Reinstalling Firefox doesn’t fix it and rebooting phone doesn’t fix it. Any ideas?

I would include a screen but it’s displaying personal information every time I click a text field.

When I’m on a website and I want to pay for something via PayPal it switches onto a new tab that’s blank. It won’t go to the PayPal website. Any thoughts please? Jeff

Recently the iOs app for Firefox 123.3 began opening a new tab everytime I woke the browser app from sitting in the background. Very annoying. How do I get it to open the last active tab instead of inserting a new tab?

On my Desktop, Firefox has an option, something like "When opening a link in a new tab, switch to that tab". I always turn it on immediately, by default it's off for some weird reason, to me it seems intuitive that you want to see this link now, just without losing the page you were on. On iOS, on my iPad, this option is missing and functions as if it's off, it never switches focus. And under certain conditions, like watching videos, the current tab is shoved all the way to the right in the tab bar, meaning that I first have to scroll the tab bar before I can manually change to the new tab. This is all counter-intuitive to how it SHOULD work. It's strange that this very useful option is present in the Windows version but not the iOS version. Or if it IS there, I haven't been able to find it despite trying everything.

On my iPad when I tap on Menu Icon > History > Trash Icon > Everything, the tabs refresh/flash and then the order of the tabs change. For example,

Old tabs: 1 2 3 4 (active tab is 2) New tabs after clearing the history: 1 3 4 2 (active tab is now 3)

Is there a way to prevent this? I’d like to keep the original order of my tabs.

The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

How do I contact Mozilla customer support? The volunteers never actually answer questions completely. I need verified instructions from Mozilla employees. Why tech companies rely on volunteers with no company loyalty is amazing. I'm not having iPad issues, I'm having Mozilla support issues.

I cannot log-on to https//matrixfreedomplatform.info/#/affilliate. When I try I get a pop-up stating "you are successfully logged-on," but then the screen is covered with a milkey film and won't load. Any suggestions??

iPad OS version Firefox 126.1 (41973) iOS 17.5.1. iPad is am 8th gen When trying to read/use a website, it auto refreshes and pops back to top. I keep mine in landscape mode, and when trying to have a page open many will just refresh. In the dark theme mode, there seems to be an issue with the animation when long-pressing the Tab. However, in the light theme mode, the animation works fine

I just downloaded dozens of photos — long press, then “add to photos” — and they are nowhere to be found. I discovered too late that I hadn’t turned on permissions for Firefox to access photos. But not once did I get a warning about that. Are those photos actually saved somewhere, or Is there any way to recover them? Either way, why did I not get a warning that Firefox couldn’t access my photos?

I had to reset my first gen iPad Air and do not have Firefox. The app store requires IOS 13 to download. I have version 12.5.7. is there a way to get an older version to install on my iPad?
