I’ve updated to IOS Firefox version 127.0 I lost a good chunk of tabs in the private browsing section after this update removed the ability to leave private browsing tabs open after exiting the app. Scrolling down to the privacy section of the settings for my application showed me that the button/prompt for that setting was removed outright. If this was an intentional decision, it should have been noted in the update/change logs in preview of the IOS app store. I don’t agree personally with this change, but it happened regardless.

I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

How do I remove ALL google-sponsored shortcuts on my Firefox iPad home page? When I click on a Google-sponsored shortcut and then click on Remove, it removes only that one but then replaces it with another one. How do I get rid of ALL Google shortcuts?

Sometimes the lock icon in the url bar shows that a connection is insecure (slash through lock) when the connection is secure and using https. I haven’t been able to detect a pattern, but it’s happened enough times that it has become noticeable. I’m curious if there’s a reason behind this, or perhaps I’m misunderstanding how to interpret the lock icon? I’ve attached a screen shot of an example from the VSCode extension marketplace web site where there seems to be a disconnect.

Just started getting a pop-up when trying to add a new site to the password manager. Passwords already in the manager work fine. Face ID is used for the device passcode. See attached.

I have the Firefox app on my iPhone. When I click it to open the app, the first thing I see is the Firefox logo on the top left. Below that are eight icons (webpages), seven of which I have pinned. Below that are my "Jump Back In" options. How do I add a "pin" to a webpage I go to all the time?

I have quite a lot of passwords stored in my iPhone. I would like to sync (or, if not possible, export) these passwords to my Firefox browser on the same iPhone.

Is there a way to export passwords on the Firefox iOS mobile app? I know how to do it on my desktop/Windows device, but not on my iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.5.1). Please help!

I deleted and reinstalled firefox mobile ios, but multiple incorrect addresses are still there. I cannot delete or modify them.

There are no saved addresses on my firefox account that I am able to view from my desktop. The addresses appearing on firefox mobile are incorrect, and not the addresses from my contacts.

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

Version 17.5.1 iPad pro M1, 12.9 inch, 5th Gen

Since earlier today, every time I open firefox on my ipad it logs out websites. Even if I just logged in with the "remember me" option checked, and even if I close and restart the browser immediately the sites are already logged out again. I am NOT in private browsing mode and I'm using the latest version. I've also tried: - clearing cache - clearing cookies - clearing all website data - restarting the ipad None of these things have allowed sites to stay logged in for me. It seems to be a bug and it's currently making firefox totally unusable.
