Just like in the subject is there a way to make it switch to firefox after opening a external link in a new tab. I know that i can do that by changing the browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground option to false but this makes it also switch to a new tab after i open a link in firefox with the middle mouse button which i don't like. Is there a way to force firefox to open without sacrificing the browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground option?

At about the time of the most recent update to Thunderbird my wife's computer started running Thunderbird all wrong. A large chunk of old messages vanished, but not the oldest, and when she deletes a message it vanishes instead of going into a Deleted file. The old messages are still on the server, but Thunderbird will not download them again, I assume because it thinks she already has them. They are there, though. I installed her email on my version of Thunderbird and it promptly downloaded all 330 of them. I assumed something went wrong in the update so I thought if I uninstalled Thunderbird and reinstalled it, all would go back to normal. I have done so with both a warm and a cold reboot after uninstalling and in both cases when I open Thunderbird, there is her account, faults and all. So the question is "How do I get rid of Thunderbird completely, so that it needs the mail-box reloaded as well?" It is beyond me why what I have done doesn't work. Is there some other way to get the program working like it used to? My wife is about as technophobic as they come and takes a long time to learn something new so please can we go back to the way we were? We are both in our 80s so new tech is sometimes a challenge. Any help you can give us, in simple language please, would be appreciated. I don't want to convert her to Access as I have never used it and wouldn't know how to teach her. Thank you, Peter

It used to work really good, but now it just now was auto updated to version 129.0 and only a small portion of the video is visible in the viewport (less than a quarter?). Wish you could easily downgrade versions in Android.

I have two Firefox windows open, one on my Macbook Pro and one on my external monitor. When I click a link in Obsidian, Firefox always opens it in the laptop's window. Is there a way to configure Obsidian (or maybe Firefox) so that links open in the Firefox window on my external monitor?

I have all my tabs set and don't want to lose them. My Mozilla Firefox Browser will not open on my desktop. I have another Browser I use for facebook as it works better with fb app. I did a cookie clean on the Microsoft Edge browser and I think it messed with my Mozilla Firefox Browser. It won't open now. I tried to update the browser. It still won't open.

Cases still open as I was told now on dark web I would never be left alone a day to get offline. I did, however I need a phone and have had 12 even burners..2 now w tmobile and they are being disconnected from server, blocked from. Calling put on emergency calls only. I have family out of state,and a 93 year old Daddy out of state the police will not help me. Since update to ver 128.1.0esr the "new subfolder" feature does not work (does not show window to name new folder). I have many subfolders and I rely on them heavily. I tried restarting Thunderbird, then Windows. I ran in debug mode with no success. I downloaded and installed 128.2.0esr again. No change.

Is it possible to go back to the earlier version? Which is? Thanks, Frederick

With Firefox 129.0 for Windows (64-bit), I am unable to log into one of my banking sites. It always says invalid username/password. It works fine with Microsoft Edge, and another computer still on 128.0.3, and their phone app.

I have tried the normal stuff of clearing cookies and cache, safe mode, etc... No change.

Is there any way to copy comments from YouTube on Firefox for android ?? The long press doesn't do anything.

It works on chrome and on edge, so this isn't a limitation from the YouTube. Obviously it works on desktop, but I don't know why doesn't work on android.
