I updated from version 106 to the latest version just now and my user-defined fonts stopped displaying on a local HTML page (stored locally on my computer); this warning showing up in the console: "Request for font FONT_NAME_HERE blocked at visibility level 2 (requires 3)."

I specify fonts using "font-family" property (CSS).

Help me out here, please. How can I fix this (so my pages look proper again)?

Hello, Every time I open Firefox there is the standard "Sign In" button in the top right corner and then also a second "Sign In" window that pops up to the right of the search bar partially covering the search bar. This is the window that I would like to disable or stop from opening. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide on the subject.

Hi, I have just returned from China. I use a Macbook Pro and am operating Firefox 118.0.2 (64-bit) I now find that when I use Firefox to access websites blocked in China (i.e google, the Guardian) I get a "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue" message. I can access everything with a VPN active I also got this for Microsoft Edge but the problem resolved by clearing cookies (didn't work for firefox) How can I fix this

A virus file, from a website, keeps automatically downloading each time that I open my Firefox browser. I have tried clearing the cookies and history but the file keeps showing up as downloaded but the actual file is not in the general download folder? I only see where it download and says downloaded in the download list. The file contains a virus and also Firefox states that its dangerous. I never clicked to open the file.

How to stop this from keep automatically downloading when I open my browser? Please help ASAP Thanks

First of all, i have never signed into firefox. when i get a new computer i install firefox as my default browser & therafter when I start & login to my computer i click on firefox icon & I am in. so this idea of logging into firefox is completely new & I have been usin firefox for years

My question is this where will my bookmarks be after 11/1

currently my bookmarks are in users\peter\appdata\roaming\mozilla\firefox\profiles\a directory with different name on my desktop & laptop the bookmarks are in a file called places.sqlite i sync the 2 computers by copying places.sqlite from my desktop to flashdrive and copy flashdrive to laptop.

after 11/1 what will be location of bookmarks & what will be name of bookmark file be

Whenever I play a YouTube video, the fans start spinning and Firefox uses over 100% CPU, most of which is from the media decoding thread. This problem does not occur in Google Chrome. Looking at the section in the troubleshooting info about media decoding, it seems like none of the media formats have hardware decoding enabled, but I have no clue why. I'm confident that the computer does support hardware decoding for them. I have a 2019 MacBook Pro.

I have tried creating a fresh clean Firefox profile but it does not help. Any other clues on how to troubleshoot this?

If I open a normal firefox window then run "firefox.exe -private-window mozilla.org google.com" it will open mozilla.org in a new private browser window and google.com in the existing standard browsing window. I have tried every combination of -private, -private-window, and -url that I can think of, but to no success.

I am happy to write a fix for this if you can confirm the defect and provide a bug number :)

ever since i got firefox whenever i play a video, sometimes green rectangles pop up instead of pixels and the only way to fix it is to make the quality so low i can barely even see it anymore.

Ever since I updated to macOS Sonoma on my M1 Macbook Pro, occasionally left click stops working and I can't interact with the page. I can navigate between tabs, scroll and right click on the page, but I can't click anything even at the settings page. I've tried refreshing browser and uninstalled all plugins, but it's the same. I have encountered some other people that have exact problem with macOS Sonoma.

Hello. Firefox browser. Windows 11 interface is freezing. Completely randomly. And exactly when using Firefox. The sound works at the same time. Only a complete forced shutdown of the PC helps. The keyboard does not respond, the pointer moves but nothing is pressed.

How can I be? What log to send? Firefox crashes have not been.

Firefox has random problems loading any pages. I can't trigger this deliberatly, it just happens and then all new pages are stuck on loading. The fix I found is, beside restarting Firefox, to open Google Chrome. This will trigger alle pages to instantly load. Same goes for Videos or other embedded content. I already cleared cache. Completly reset and wiped my Firefox from the PC. It did not solve the problem.

What can be the cause for this problem and why is helping to start Google Chrome? And of course, can anyone provide a solution or hint?

Just got this notication after visiting a Top Games support pages when closed the private I used so no active data on what is going on. Very first time ever getting any notification with Firefox before so suspect wedsite as issue caught their linking code trying to drop tracers so maybe something there would appreciate your input. Game parent company Miracle Games I play from a Asian area and pulls some very strange behavior.

The email was a "no reply" referring to a "Request ID: NBRBLM37JG -request for an access code" with a link to a "privacy portal" (which wouldn't open).

I don't know why I got this and what (if anything) do I need to do. Do I need an access code? Should I block the one trust.com sender?

I use Firefox on two different Windows machines, my Android phone, and my Android tablet. I am signed in to the same sync account on all of them. I would like to be able to see the history from other devices, or preferably, a chronological list of sites that I have visited in a single list.

I'm currently using Firefox on my home PC and when I click on the "Firefox Account" button, I can see a list of tabs that are open on the various devices. But when I go into History/ManageHistory, I mostly see the history of just this PC. I see some items from other devices, but a very small percentage.

I've read many suggestions here and tried them but nothing seems to fix the error of can't load details on the google drive page in firefox. Other browsers works find. I've disabled all the extensions I use, themes and all that and still won't load details.
