Hi,

my firefox has been creashing every 5-10 mins even in troubleshoot mode. Please help. Here is a list of the crash IDs for tonight:

I got the Mozilla trial so I would have a password manager system in place. And all the comments about watching movies online sounded good for once in awhile. But,when I downloaded Firefox for the PM there was a list of words in a file that meant nothing to me. Please advise if I should just go elsewhere to a more user friendly (I have only used email and utube all these years) online. Thank you.

I received a notice when trying to download : We can't connect to server at downloadzip.wolfgangsvault.com . It was suggested that I check that Firefox has permission to access the web ( I might be connected but behind a firewall). Please help . Thanks!

Today, a white bar about 1 inch wide is at the top of my screen blocking the tool bar and access to other info. How do i remove it?

I have restarted my computer and closed the browser. Still there.

When using university computers, I log in to Firefox Sync so that I have access to my bookmarks and tabs from home. When I do, Firefox will ask to save passwords on my home computer and phone again, even though I had it disabled in the past. Is there a solution for this, other than disabling it manually every time?

Thank you for your time. I'm posting this from my personal computer, so I'm unsure what version of Firefox the university PCs run, but if necessary I can find that information.

A few years ago jscher2000 gave me wonderful instructions for how to create some of the features that were once easy for ordinary users like myself to control through an Extension called TabMixPlus. Apparently there was some big disagreement between the developer and Firefox and they completely disabled it. At any rate, I'm continually frustrated when I accidentally move a pinned tab to a new window while trying to move or resize Firefox. I would like to know how, in about:config, I can create a setting with which I can protect pinned tabs. Thanks.

While scrolling around I saw something that said Firefox thinks I'm operating under 'Windows 10. NOT TRUE'. I've had Windows 11 for a while now. Does it make any difference? Russ Marshall

I updated to version 129.0 and Hulu stopped streaming and news video imbedded in news articles will no longer load. I have removed and reinstalled Firefox and cleared all cache. It is affecting my desktop and laptop. Both operating systems are windows 10 64 bit. I made sure the Firefox download was 64 bit. The problem is not the websites as they will load and attempt to load content but it behaves as if it is being blocked. It is not my antivirus because I have turned is off and there is no difference.

My screen went black this morning and I couldn't get the screen to reappear. I turned the power off, then waited a minute or two before turning it back on. My usual screen with all the apps was gone and replaced by a generic "windows" screen. I had to re-enter all kinds of information and I'm finally able to see my bookmarks, but all of my documents and pictures stored on my computer are completely gone. Did Mozilla/Firefox perform an update? And if so, how do I get back to my personalized screen - and more importantly my stored documents and pictures?!!

When I try to print and use the "print to pdf" printer, the save button does nothing. I can print to my printer, but I cannot create pdf's. I am using Firefox 129.0 and Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

I have Firefox 129.0 64 bit on 2 laptops, Laptop2023 and Laptop2024. I would like Laptop2024 to match Laptop2023. If possible, would like to copy the Profile, or at least the Bookmarks. The web articles direct me to Help options which do not exist. I do not want to reset anything on the sending laptop.

I have instructions on how to copy bookmarks from years ago, but Firefox has changed so much that they no longer work. How to I copy with the current Firefox version? If possible, email bjedrick@verizon.net.

Hello, I am writing to you because there have been some problems with YouTube lately when using Firefox. The video won't buffer more than a few seconds, and sometimes I receive an error message saying, "There was an error. Try refreshing the page or try again later." I tried using Safari on my phone, and it is working just fine, so it looks like it is not my internet connection. I am using uBlock Origin and other add-ons. To troubleshoot, I followed the instructions from one of the engineers of uBlock Origin here: https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/issues/20586

He recommended reporting it to Firefox in the comments below to another user, but none of it worked for me. Therefore, I am contacting you to see if we can solve this issue. Thank you very much.
