After my Windows 10 laptop being in sleep mode I found my background picture changed and all my Firefox tabs missing (while my bookmarks, add-ons, history etc. saved, and all other apps functioning properly). Recently Closed Windows menu was inactive and using Restore option in Library had no effect (despite availability of recent saves).

I found out that Mozilla folder was just missing in %appdata% (e.g. Profile Folder in about:support leaded to a non-existent directory). No manual changes to Firefox settings/data were made and no new profiles created.

What might be the problem and are there any ways to restore my tabs?

Good Morning, I have always used Firefox for my online banking. I could pull up my bank, put in log in information, put in my Authenticator code and I would be in. Now.... After putting in the authenticator code it gives me a white blank page with the tab Submit Form. Over the weekend with working with the Bank, trying all types of scenarios, closing cookies and history, shutting down the computer, etc. they suggested installing and using Google Chrome and I was able to get it to work. My question.... I still tried Firefox and I can't get it to work....did something change? Did I mess something up? I am ok with using Google Chrome just have always used Firefox. Across the top of my screen every one of my tabs just reads DuckDuckGo.

Instead of having the DDG logo and then the search I entered when the new tab opened, there is now no way to see what is on the tab. Even when I hover over the tab it still just says DuckDuckGo.

When I click on the plus button to add a tab, the tab opens with a blank page, which is how I have it set up. The logo on the far left of the tab is for Firefox.

DuckDuckGo is my default search engine, so after I type something into the search bar at the top in Firefox, the results are displayed from DDG, and the tab changes from Firefox logo + "New tab" to DDG logo + "DuckDuckGo".
