Thunderbird: Revert to Old Theme - new theme has too much color, blue circles for number of unread messages, text is too small.

The new theme is too visually overwhelming for me. I need to revert it back to what it was in the previous version. How can I do that?

couldn't find WRITE to bring up a blank email form and also GET NEW EMAILS which I need when I have forgotten my password or my password gets rejected [Was: I appear to have a new version fo Thunderbird ?]

Please restore my old version of Thunderbird - at 85 years I am not computer savvy and I am too old to learn new tricks. So please tell me how I might get back the previo… (daɗa karatu)
