My service provider has deleted my Firefox Primary Email Address, so now I cannot sync, add another device, import bookmarks, etc., because I am unable to receive the code emailed to a deleted email address. HI I am trying to buy a disabled persons railcard. The form requires me to upload aCVI, certificate of visual imairment which has been e mailed to as a jpeg. this refuses to upload. The attchment, although appears to be a jpeg downloads as a file with lots of categories including the document i require, but is an hmtl.

" I click on the checkbox, it thinks for a while an goes back to the verify human screen. This works in other browsers.

I'm on Windows 11, 21H2, FF version 110.0.1 (64-bit) Any ideas?

I am on a new PC and I've forgotten the setting to turn-off all the other dialog boxes in the "Downloads" Folder... I just want all the space for my DLs... I am 77yrs young & I download all the Doo-Dah-Day long... lol Can you help me...? Thanks in Advance Erne Zander

I'm in school doing some web development.

I have made a form to be filled out and every time the button is pressed and the form is filled, the page will refresh with the inputs in the address bar. I have the button disabled from any javascript or functions. It won't refresh if any of the inputs are empty.

Why is this happening?

Since installing Firefox 110.0.1 on Windows 10 machine, my search bar is only about 1" wide. When I enter Troubleshoot Mode, the search bar is normal. So, I disabled every extension and am now using the built in Firefox Theme. I even went so far as to remove my chrome folder from the profile but the problem still persists. What can I do to correct this?

I am new to Firefox, and have just discovered that in order to open a new private window I must use the Ctrl + Shift + P keyboard shortcut which is pretty much impossible to accomplish with one hand. I tried to use this extension:

But sadly my new added shortcuts were not opening the new private window while the ctrl + shift + p still worked, and it appears that this extension is only able to add new shortcuts and not change nor delete the existing ones. I want to assign a comfortable keyboard shortcut for opening a we private window (optionally unassign the Ctrl + Shift + N from Undo close window and assign that keyboard to open a new private window).

I have downlded Firefox for my PC. Suddenly today I can not access web via Firefox ...server unavailable... No problems before. Firefox is designated as my primary bro0wser. WHAT, WHY, HOW, AND WHEN!!!!!!~

Hi there,

I refreshed Mozilla Firefox because reCAPTCHA was not working client side. Doing this fixed that. HOWEVER, my passwords did not carry over. I had them Synced and everything, but upon refreshing Firefox they are all gone. I need them stored in Firefox or I will not be able to login to any of my accounts. The sync function seems to not be working either (unless I am using it wrong). Most were securely generated passwords. Not memorable ones.

I saw that refreshing would remove certain things like extensions, but it said it would keep bookmarks, passwords, etc. I have my booksmarks, just zero passwords. HELP!

I need them for work today. Can you assist please!?

I'm puzzled by not being able to login and save the login name and password when trying to use Firefox version 110 and on my Dell Inspiron 5759 laptop with Windows 11 Pro. Any suggestions on what I can do next would be appreciated.

Using my PC, I am clicking on this URL: https://schoolgateway.westminster.org.uk/?page_id=7. Firefox responds with "The requested service is temporarily unavailable. It is either overloaded or under maintenance. Please try later." Every time. Using Firefox for Android on my phone: same result. I have tried Troubleshoot Mode on my PC: same result. And yet Safari, Chrome, Edge and Brave all load the web page correctly with no error message.

What am I doing wrong?

Every time I attempt to enter the QVC UK website on my PC i receive the message of 'access denied@ with a reference number of '#18.2c367a5c.1678380389.b0afb8c' I can access on my iPad and iPhone using the app and the website, but not on my PC.

How can i fix it so i can see QVC on my big PC screen?

My email internet provider has gone out of business so I have had to set up a new email address, my original account was set up a few years ago and both mobile and email address have changed. I want to continue to use Mozilla as web browser, how do I do this? If I go to accounts to change to alternative email, the old email address is blocked so therefore cant receive any codes to verify identity. If I have to set up a new account what will this require? I am not the best at this tech stuff, so any help would be appreciated. Note: someone cant email me to answer the thread, I have provided alternative email on another account screen - this probably is not accessible either.

I don't know why, but sometimes (like every 2 days), firefox crashes on startup, then opens itself after the crash but it don't load the previous tabs and deletes the pinned tabs, so I just have to favorite everything if I want to reliably keep tabs after closing the browser. The open previous tabs option is checked and working, but when the browser crashes on startup, the browser don't open them, so I keep losing them and the pinned tabs every once in a while (every 2 days, wich is quite frequent).

Today I tried to pay bills via the Genisys Credit Union website (like I've been doing for years) but every time I tried to get to the Bill Pay page I ended up on the credit union login page but I was still logged in. This was in Firefox 110.0.1. When I tried to bill pay with MS Edge I had no problem. I logged out of the CU site, disabled all plugins, including popup blockers, and extensions in Firefox, restarted Firefox and signed into the CU site again but the problem persisted. I'm also going to contact the CU and let them know in case it may be a CU website issue.

since the recent download of Mozzilla update I cannot get into my Yahool Email account. I was having problem last December since Yahoo required as a verification a cell phone number, not having a cell phone I was allowed to use an alternate email (Hotmail) today I cannot get in because after entering the username and password it once more asks for cell phone. Last month I had an issue trying to log into our Capitol 1 account only to find the once again update from Mozzilla was interfering with access to that account (had to place a call to Capitol 1 tech that informed me why I could not access account). Apparently Mozzilla fixed the problem as it has gone away. Last night after logging off from Yahoo and today while trying to log in with 3 hours spent chasing my tail numerous resets of password and clearing the cache and cookies I am still unable to get into my email at Yahoo is this a problem that you are aware of?
