Dear FireFox,

Christian greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In addition to being pastor, I am also the Webmaster for the Church Website for about 30 years and prepare a FREE Weekly Church Newsletter circulated worldwide with 1297 back-issues available for download.

When I draft and code the Newsletter I switch between TextPad (text editor) and Firefox off-line. Images should display offline or on-line as they are all on the Church Computer. I have experienced this problem for about three or four weeks.

Please assist me with this problem.

Any of hundreds of .jpg or .gif or .npg images. We have a desktop computer. I have reinstalled FireFox multiple times and it will no longer display images off-line. This is a relatively recent problem I have not suffered in 30-years. Google Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer all display the images off-line.

I am trying to submit a new Add-on, Firefox requires to add 2 factor authentication, and when I am trying to do that and enter code it tells me that is wrong even I am sure it is right. I tried many times with many auth app on my phone Hope to solve that to submit my Add-on

Version 129 is not printing headers and footers, despite manually checking the "print headers and footers" box in the print dialog (and despite making Page Setup visible via about:config). This persists in the preview, when printing to PDFs, and when printing to physical printers. This is new behavior to me since some time in the 128 series (the last time I tried to print a webpage showing the URL and date/time).

I have manually reset all print_h... and print_f... entries to default, but that didn't help either.

Why does a website (communityapps.com) open and function in Firefox and also Safari on my Macbook Pro (2020) but gives only a blank page in Firefox (loading OK in Safari) on my iMac (2021) both with current & identical OS and Firefox versions? (I don't want to use Safari.)

When searching with Firefox, I am forwarded to a Captcha using Google search. I am not required if searching from chrome. Why the difference and how do I use Firefox and avoid the Captcha requirement?

Since my last update (using ver 129), I can no longer switch to an alternate search engine from the list on the menu bar. My alternates are there but nothing happens when I select one.

This isn't a question, its a complaint.

The performance of Firefox with upload speed is TERRIBLE! I have multiple computers, all with Windows OS's and Firefox installed as the main browser. Each of them report back lower than actual upload speed.

Other browsers like Edge, chrome, and a CLI tool on linux all report my actual download/upload speeds.

I have tried the various about:config and profile changes as a work around that I found here and alsewhere, none of them work.

Every time there is an update, a lot changes and I must spend a lot of time to fix them. This update, as usual, dropped me out of yuotube, so I must sign in. They make me wait 48 hours so they can somehow verify its me. Thanks Mozilla! What else am I yet to discover that I must redo? Also, where can I actually contact Mozilla to bring up this issue? They seem to not want to get feedback from their patrons. Every update (unannounced) has p---ed me o--.

After Firefox updated my browser version to 129.0, my username and password no longer work on my credit card website. I contacted tech support at the credit card banking site through a live phone call. I told them about the upgrade and also that I can use firefox on my iphone to login successfully. I don't know what version is currently on my iphone but it does work there. This problem is specifically on my Macmini . I also can login using same password and username on the Mac through Safari. Their tech support said the problem is with that version (129.0) Firefox web browser. What say You? Thanks.

I'd like to create a Firefox add-on that communicates with another process on the local computer. I've found the documentation about the WebExtension API and have already created a few add-ons, also for Thunderbird. But I couldn't find information about the IPC mechanisms in the documentation or the rest of the web.

How does it work, where is it explained?

I can handle sockets and named pipes (Windows) on the desktop development side, just need the browser side.

I have somehow set my email inbox such that when I double click on a new message I've received (or a previously opened message from that matter), rather than opening the message to read, it opens the email as a draft response to the sender and me, from me. What do I need to do or reset to go back to normal. Thanks ... Mark

I get this message when trying to watch live tv on firefox since the last update this morning. The website works perfectly on other browers.
