I am being inundated with alerts saying firefox has been compromised & viruses have been detected. They want me to click on various links which I won't do of course. I am about ready to uninstall Firefox altogether. Hate to do since I will lose everything. Please help!

I noticed that sometimes (not everytime) I had "Server Not Found" error on some of my website. Since i have a DNS server at home i thought it was probably related to that so I opened Wireshark to see what was happening.

to better understand I have 2 dns records

server.lan that point to 192.168.1.61 and *.mydomain.com that points to server.lan with a CNAME.

In wireshark i saw that generally firefox does A and HTTPS(TYPE 65) queries but sometimes it only does HTTPS.

In case of a Type 65 query my dns server only answers with the CNAME so server.lan The issue is that Firefox doesnt try to resolve the CNAME.

When firefox do both A and Type65 it seems to work probably because it takes the A answer wich contains both cname and the IP of the CNAME but when it doesn't do both it just stop after the HTTPS one without trying to resolve the CNAME.

Google chrome seems to always do Both A and Type 65 query.

I have all my tabs set and don't want to lose them. My Mozilla Firefox Browser will not open on my desktop. I have another Browser I use for facebook as it works better with fb app. I did a cookie clean on the Microsoft Edge browser and I think it messed with my Mozilla Firefox Browser. It won't open now. I tried to update the browser. It still won't open.

Firefox releases email addresses and our data to third parties!

I installed the Arc browser and Arc offered to load my bookmarks from mozilla. Out of curiosity, I let it, and it loaded my bookmarks and folders smoothly. Arc didn't navigate Firefox to the login page, so Firefox released my information without asking me.

What probably happened in the background was that the Arc browser told Firefox which email address it was requesting data from, and Firefox handed over the data to it "on notice". Firefox was not even convinced that the real owner of the email address asked the Arc browser to synchronize the folders.

Is it the famous Firefox reliability?

I'm encountering a problem with my contracting service website; it’s not loading properly across Mozilla Firefox. The site is essential for my local contracting and renovation business, so this issue is impacting my operations.

I've already cleared the cache and verified the server status, but the issue continues. I’d greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on what might be causing this problem.

I just moved from the MS Edge to Firefox Nightly on both on my pc and on my android phone, and as far i like it very much, except maybe the bookmarks sync but i will not talk about this right now.

My problem is on my win11 pc, after the 1st update there are now two identical Firefox apps showing on the default apps, in settings, as you can see in the picture. I search on the internet for a solution but with no success. Can someone help me with this ?? Thanks in advance !!

Version 129 is not printing headers and footers, despite manually checking the "print headers and footers" box in the print dialog (and despite making Page Setup visible via about:config). This persists in the preview, when printing to PDFs, and when printing to physical printers. This is new behavior to me since some time in the 128 series (the last time I tried to print a webpage showing the URL and date/time).

I have manually reset all print_h... and print_f... entries to default, but that didn't help either.

I paid for 100GB which was good. I was offered a trial period for Gemini which is about to expire and do not want to subscribe. Can I have my 100Gb which I already paid for back? Can you restore the 100GB back since I already paid for it?

Yesterdays update of Thunderbird seems to have crashed my Thunderbird and all it's saved info. How do I restore it and I searched my hard drive and can't locate the .exe file?

I open firefox and bing.com home page search pops up. not in theams and extensions to be removed. how do i get rid of this???

i have a problem when trying to open a web page called nakos.no, but because of somthing called nginx it wont open.

How do i fix it?
