I use k-9 email on android phone and tbird on desk top.

I have messages on K9 I need to read on desktop but the don't appear on tbird client even though they are clearly visible on k-9

I tried to forward it but even tho k9 appears to send it is not delivered when I look in tBird

I need attachement.

I have all my tabs set and don't want to lose them. My Mozilla Firefox Browser will not open on my desktop. I have another Browser I use for facebook as it works better with fb app. I did a cookie clean on the Microsoft Edge browser and I think it messed with my Mozilla Firefox Browser. It won't open now. I tried to update the browser. It still won't open.

Cases still open as I was told now on dark web I would never be left alone a day to get offline. I did, however I need a phone and have had 12 even burners..2 now w tmobile and they are being disconnected from server, blocked from. Calling put on emergency calls only. I have family out of state,and a 93 year old Daddy out of state the police will not help me. I ha e asked for someone to contact FBi please I just need to be able to Call and text without interferference . Can someone please give me some troubleshooting tips on the Thunderbird email client on Windows 10?

I am running version: 128.1.0esr (64-bit) on Windows 10, and it started a very annoying hang / non-responsive behavior recently, and updates do not fix the symptom.

With Firefox 129.0 for Windows (64-bit), I am unable to log into one of my banking sites. It always says invalid username/password. It works fine with Microsoft Edge, and another computer still on 128.0.3, and their phone app.

I have tried the normal stuff of clearing cookies and cache, safe mode, etc... No change.

Unless someone has a similar card that uses a similar login, may be hard to test, but this is the login link: https://auth.securebanklogin.com/?brand=card

I've been using Thunderbird for quite a long time now. I manage two private mail accounts, one at t-online and one at GMX, with Thunderbird. Suddenly, since yesterday I cannot longer get access to my GMX account. When opening Thunderbird, I first get a popup requesting to enter my password for the GMX account (normally I needn't do that). When I enter the (correct!!) password, it is not accepted, and I get an error notification (see attached screenshot). "Try again" also does not help.

The t-online account I can operate in Thunderbird as usual.

What can I do to again get access to my GMX account via Thunderbird?

Hi, My wife and I have both been having trouble getting emails from Fasthosts. Have to click "get mail" many times, and eventually they download. No problem with Mailwasher or on Androids. Win 10. TB both 128.1.0esr

Firefox and Tor have been freezing on links from gmail and on google searches. Tor gives the following message:

On 31 July, a day before the Thunderbird update from V115 to V128, the emails in my inbox no longer had reply or forward options and were addressed as coming from me as well as to me.

A yellow message at the bottom of each email read: "A unique identity matching the From address was not found. The message will be sent using the current From field and settings from identity Marcus Relton <my email address>"

My email provider thinks Thunderbird mistakenly believes these emails to be drafts. I have added on FolderFlags, which now has a V128 version since I first experienced this problem last week.

I am supposed to be able to right-click the inbox, go down the drop-down menu to properties then see another dialogue box but this isn't appearing.

I can only reply to or forward emails by right-clicking in the message in the inbox and I can't click on links in the email. I have to open the link then cut and paste them.

Mail.coop, here in the UK is trying to find a solution, having hoped FolderFlags would work, but if anyone has any suggestions, please share.

I saw someone had a similar problem with their drafts folder in April but the suggested fix didn't solve it.

I used to be able to save bookmarks by selecting in a dropdown menu where I would like to to save the bookmark. I no longer see a dropdown menu when I go to save a page. It automatically saves the last folder used for bookmarks. It is a little confusing because I have to go search for the bookmark and move it into another folder. I don't know if this is due to an update or if I somehow changed the settings but really want to be able to select which folder I am saving my bookmarks to. Can I change this in the settings?

Deleting msf files does not solve the problem. Turning off windows firewall (a bad idea) does not solve the problem. I don't want to swich to a new mail program after years of using Thunderbird. Can anyone help?

Hi. When I view the Activity Manager, I see many log entries similar to the following except with different folders: "The current operation on 'Kailah' did not succeed. The mail server for account xxx@gmail.com responded: [NONEXISTENT] Invalid folder: Financial/Venmo/Kailah (Failure)." The folder in question existed a long time ago and has since been deleted. Same for all the other similar messages. The folder(s) was / were originally created in Thunderbird and then deleted after many months. If I create the invalid folder in Gmail, the message no longer logged. I reboot the computer daily and every day these messages appear. I am assuming something is out of sync and Thunderbird believes these folders exist. What can I do to remove these issues. Server type is IMAP Mail Server. Using Thunderbird 115.14.0 (64-bit)

Thunderbird 128.1.0esr takes more than six seconds to open an email or to delete an mail. Thunderbird is totally unresponsive and frozen during this delay time. This is very bad. I have taken all steps to ensure that my installation is not the reason. The previous version of Thunderbird was even worse. This still remains unusable. As the final measure, I even tried 'view message body as plan text' but this did not cut the time either. If the email is opened the first time, this delay occurs. If the same email is re-displayed again later, the delay does not occur. The delay always occurs when deleting an email. Opening the Mozilla email address certification mail from you guys to create a Mozilla account took more than 10 seconds to open and display. I am running Windows 11 in a VERY fast machine. I hope there is a solution; if not I have to find another email software. The delay also happens if Thunderbird is started in the debugging mode (shift-click).

In June, bluemenofmorocco@gmail.com no longer sends or receives email via thunderbird. Other Gmail addresses keep working via thunderbird. Says authentication error. I recall I had to set up a password with Google on my Google account. My daughter says this happens sometimes a third party access issue. I don't recall this earlier password to Google years ago. hi - i installed the latest apple update on my m3 air on 8/8. I use Google Meet for meetings/video calls. Post the update, Firefox, starts Google Meet but when I go to join a meeting, it crashes. If i click to restore the tab, I go in a circular look -> google meet page, see the camera -> click on join -> crash etc.

I have cleared the cache, reinstalled Firefox and still get the exact same issue.

I have Firefox 129 installed and IOS 14.6.1 (23G93) with 16GB of RAM

In order to use Google Meet now I have to use Safari which works just fine.

Any help please.

I usually work with my computer hardwired to my router. For some reason, this is not working anymore and now I have my computer connected via wifi. As soon as I changed from cable to wifi, Thunderbird started to ask permission to connect to my Google account every time I open Thunderbird. Sometimes I have to grant permission several times. At some point, it stops and I can keep on with my work until the next time I restart my computer and open Thunderbird. Then the cycles starts all over again. Any ideas¿?
