Bonjour, Thunderbird me demande systématiquement de réinitialiser mes mots de passe et même quand je le fais, il me les demande à nouveau à chaque connexion. Par ailleurs l'une de mes boites email ne reçoit plus aucun message mais reçoit des indésirables. Cordialement.

I accidentally deleted my Mozilla account and now need to recover it. I’ve tried the usual recovery options but haven’t had any success. Does anyone know how I can restore a deleted Mozilla account or what steps I should take next?

I have somehow set my email inbox such that when I double click on a new message I've received (or a previously opened message from that matter), rather than opening the message to read, it opens the email as a draft response to the sender and me, from me. What do I need to do or reset to go back to normal. Thanks ... Mark

I get this message when trying to watch live tv on firefox since the last update this morning. The website works perfectly on other browers.

Updating address: Mine will take NO new contacts, NO new groups, and NO new additions to groups already there. I do have the latest Thunderbird.

Should I continue with the above version or somehow install the 128 non-beta version? I've been on the Beta channel for years but some have said it's risky. Your opinion, and if you think I should switch, how do I do it?

For many weeks now whenever I go online, I have used Firefox for years and years, from my home page at Google to every website I search the language comes in as Danish. I speak and read only English. Regardless what I have researched, changed, updated, and un-installed the language starts as Danish and forces me to translate to English. Thus is ridiculous! Never have I had this problem until recently and I truly do not appreciate the extra time I must take to translate or perform the functions listed above which lists waste my time and makes me really think about my years of using Firefox. Why is this? Why does it not stay fixed? What does Firefox need to do to correct thus permanently? Why should I remain a customer if Firefox can't or won't fix this problem?

Why am I having trouble loading websites using firefox as browser but no problems with Edge. Unless you straighten your act out I am defintiely leaving firefox.

Last night I lost all email and contacts through Thunderbird. Using Thundrebird 128.1.0esr on a MAC OS Sonoma 14.6. Can't use software as it will not work after opening it up. Uploaded image of current status. Let me know how to proceed. Already deleted and reloaded software with same result.
