no matter what i do firefox mobile says sync is "offline" i did what the troubleshoot page said to do, i deleted and redownloaded the app, i logged out and logged back in three times on both desktop and IOS and nothing is working please help im tired of doing the same thing over and over again for an hour straight with nothing changing

There are 48 responses to Sync between laptops, but nothing happens when I click replies.

My connected devices shows one of my Windows 11 laptops, but not the other, and it still shows the Windows 10 desktop which I replaced.

How do I add my  2nd Windows 11 laptop to the device list and then sync everything from the first laptop to the second?

Sync is offline on my iPhone. I re-installed Firefox. I tried the trouble-shooting article provided; however, that is not working. Now I don't have my passwords nor any of my bookmarks. How can I fix this?

I got a new Macbook Pro recently and set it up by basically copying my iMac onto it. All works great. Except that the MBP doesn't show up with it's synced open taps on my iMac or my iphone. The iMac doens't show up on the MBP either.

Have I maybe copied some setting that makes the two machines (iMAc and MBP) thinkt they're one and the same? How can I "separate" the devices so that they show up in each other's Synced Tabs lists, respectively?

I am having a problem with requesting information by clicking on a word or a number as follows:

When I am in Firefox and checking my email messages, I often click on a word or a number to get additional information. That has always worked until today. I cannot utilize the sign in to sync function. I try to sign in and no matter if it recognizes my email from logging on to the Mozilla.com site as soon as I get directed to the browser log in when I submit my email or password the page gets stuck and does not show any loading or error message at any point.

Hey I've reinstalled my PC i installed Firefox. Login to Firefox Sync. And now it's empty. no tabs, no passwords, everything is gone. I usually do this every time and it work. I am sync my Android phone with all my passwords and bookmarks
