Firefox was crashing regularly in my PC desktop. I have updated from win 10 to11 recently then only i am seeing firefox browser crashes daily. I am using browser version 127.0.2 (64-bit). Below is dump file.

Hi! From some time now i have problem with GUI elements overlapping each other. It started with the window control buttons (that part, where you can close the window). Esthetics aside, it was not that big deal, so I just ignored it, but some time ago similar overlap appeared on address bar - so now I don't see what I'm writing. This is a big deal, now I can't really tell if I made a typo, I'm not able to correct it or I can't see if what I'm writing is mixed with original url, stuff like that.

I'm on Manjaro Linux and Firefox version is 127.0 (64 bits) I've tried to reinstall Firefox with different sources, like Flatpak for example, but the issues persists. Has anyone an idea how to fix this?

David, here are two screen shots (ss) to clarify my issue with email and a third regarding another issue (see below).

Number one ss shows what I see when I go to Thunderbird. I am allowed to delete if I wish by first marking the email and then clicking delete. If, however, I wish to view the message, Number two ss appears. I cannot delete the message without going back to Number one ss as that option has now disappeared. This was no problem on my old computer.

The other issue is related to the above. I have over 250 emails without being able to access them (see Number three ss). On the left upper side is the number of emails I have, but only six old emails appear, something that is confirmed in the upper right frame. No matter what I do, I cannot access them.

Every time I use YouTube on Firefox it feels like a mental torture. It starts off with micro-stutters initially - annoying but nothing crazy. After some time the loading speed of the website and the videos themselves increase dramatically. And eventually it becomes unusable:

• Scrolling feels like the website is running at 30 fps
• The videos take several seconds to load
• It also takes multiple seconds to catch up when you select a specific moment of the video

The only solution so far has been restarting Firefox entirely, just close and open and pray. Then the problem comes back after some time.

Solutions I Tried:

• Disabling AdBlock (didn't work)
• Enabling Hardware Acceleration at all time (didn't work)
• Uninstalling unwanted Extenstions (didn't work)

All of these problems disappear when using Chrome or Edge.

Notifications/New emails not popping up on Mac OS Sonoma 14.5.

I've tried everything including checking Focus Do not disturb is off, all settings in Firefox and Outlook are turned on to recieve notofictions but still nothing.

I'm on a new Mac Studio, but also found that it had started to not show notifications on the older iMac.

Dear FireFox, I am writing this E-mail to address a critical issue. So i wanted to set up a password for my firefox browser so that only I can access it. i set a primary password, and it asks me to enter the password when i open my browser. However, when the message appears asking me to enter the password, you can just click "cancel" option or press 'x' it ignores the password and lets me in the browser, essentially rendering the purpose of the password useless. thus anyone can access my browser. i request you to fix this problem. I have an issue that's been annoying the crap out of me and I haven't been able to find a solution. I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

I want to drag an image from one tab into the upload field in another tab. This works fine in other browsers, but not in Firefox.

For example, I'm posting an item on Craigslist. I have pictures on the item in Google Photos. I would like to drag the image from the tab showing Google Photos to the upload field in my Craigslist post, but when I do, nothing happens.

I get the same behavior regardless of what web page I'm dragging the image from or what website I'm trying to upload to.

I wiped out my computer and it is brand new yet I keep getting this mozilla error and it crashes mozilla, the computer is fine. The error is below, how can I fix this?

I have been using [edited] @comcast.net as user name for Firefox account. I want to delete that email because I'm leaving comcast ASAP. I read instruction that say add a new email name as a secondary account and then delete the primary one above. I entered [edited[ @gmail.com. I got a message that said that account already exists. I used to use chrome. There, when i add a bookmark, the title and the URL are prefilled. Which is very comfortable. Why is this not a feature in firefox? I always have to copy paste the URL and enter an own title. Chrome has become very slowly on some websites, while firefox does not slow down on those websites at all. So i want to stay with firefox. Almost daily I get a message to download or dismiss update. When I dismiss the message, it continues to pop up. When I hit download, nothing happens. Downloaded an update a few days ago on my W11 OS and FF stopped loading pages Office Depot, Expedia, Amazon it was off and on would show up when it first loaded then when the news pages loaded it would disappear. Some shades of white have a purple tinge to them. The amazon logo, certain themes, and other websites are slightly purple. This is only an issue in firefox, not any other program or browser.

Even when i set it on start from where i left off, after closing my Mozilla desktop application my all tabs get reset which have been quite problematic for me.
