Clearing history sometimes rearranges my open tabs on the iPad

On my iPad when I tap on Menu Icon > History > Trash Icon > Everything, the tabs refresh/flash and then the order of the tabs change. For example, Old tabs: 1 2… (tuilleadh eolais)

On my iPad when I tap on Menu Icon > History > Trash Icon > Everything, the tabs refresh/flash and then the order of the tabs change. For example,

Old tabs: 1 2 3 4 (active tab is 2) New tabs after clearing the history: 1 3 4 2 (active tab is now 3)

Is there a way to prevent this? I’d like to keep the original order of my tabs.

I don't understand where some bookmarks are when using iOS. For new bookmarks, I see a row of "Recently Saved" pages on the home page. But I can't find a "Recently Save… (tuilleadh eolais)

I don't understand where some bookmarks are when using iOS.

For new bookmarks, I see a row of "Recently Saved" pages on the home page. But I can't find a "Recently Saved" folder in the bookmarks menu.

When I sync with MacOS I see the new bookmarks in a new folder "Mobile Bookmarks". But I can't find a "Mobile Bookmarks" folder on iOS.

Finally, on iOS, I don't see how to access the bookmarks I added to the Bookmarks Menu in MacOS.
