I have reports from two people who cannot get their messages to me. One goes back to sender marked "blocked", the other is marked "refused to receive this message". I do not have any filter settings on either address. Can you tell me what is going on? Also, how can this be corrected? Thanks Marion Nickey

I have a problem with outbox, i lost a possibility to read old emails i see them in outbox folder, but every signle email is blank the problem contain not all messages from this files, the newest are ok, and the olders also, but i have like 2 years gap i see al the messages but i cant read it, moziile display only whole white screen

any tips?

Hi there, My preview panel is working very badly, it either shows the content of the email or is completely white. What can I do to remedy it? - In some cases the emails appear in very strange codes, thousands of lines like this (iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAPAAAABGCAYAAADyxhn6AAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAARnQU1BAACx jwv8YQUAAAAJcEhZcwAA) - in other cases, totally blank - in other cases it's everything ok It's working fine, receiving and sending all emails.

I'm encountering a problem with sending emails through Thunderbird. I'm receiving the following error message when trying to send emails to certain recipients: A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. Could someone please help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve it? It seems like the issue is related to the SMTP server or account settings, but I am unsure how to proceed.

Why do you make it so fxxxxxx hard to ask a question??????? In the tab info it says, If you want to move a tab from one Firefox window to another, click on the tab and drag it to the tab strip of another Firefox window.

What the xxxx does that mean????? There is no tab strip!! There is no obvious place to move it! These are bad instructions! When you write instructions read them over and make sure they are complete! Have somebody that doesn't know anything read them and see if they can follow them!

Fairly frequently I need to send files I receive in .txt or .pdf format to my browser to read.

I have attached hereto two versions of the same file - one sent to Firefox and one sent to Chrome.

Note that the screenshot of the Firefox version of the file contains loads of UTF-8 character translations that are incorrect and show up as strange characters instead of letters or punctuation marks, while the same file shown in Chrome is almost perfectly clear.

I am running Firefox version 127.0.6533.89 (64bit) in a Win 10 Pro 64 bit environment that is up to date as of August 1st.

This has been a problem with Firefox for a very long time and I would like to know if I have misconfigured a setting that has caused this.

I installed email provider Mailfence as it was recommended by Thunderbird as a good free provider, only to find out that if used with Thunderbird it charged for the service. After the first year I have decided to cancel and have informed them that at the end of the term on 9th September I will not be renewing, and later on the same day i find i have no service with them. My contract which I paid for runs out on 9th September so i have another month to ensure all contacts are aware of the closure of the account. I feel Thunderbird needs to be aware of their deceit and if possible make them comply with their contractual obligations, and determine whether they are fit to be recommended.

I never saw any replies on this question I submitted a couple of days ago! My question was is it possible to find a purchase I made on FB last month? I'm trying to find info on the seller.

My desktop will not support Windows 11 so I will have to change. Need advice on how to copy Thunderbird folders & address book on to USB. I know you can copy individual messages but cannot find this facility for folders. Am not technically literate so nedd info in layman terms
