When I hover over tabs, Firefox also displays a text below. So, for example, if I hover over the tab for Google Calendar, a text below shows 'Google Calender - August 2024'. Can I disable the text somehow?

I'm using Firefox Firefox 129.01.

I have two email accounts coming in to my Thunderbird app on the desktop. One account stopped loading messages to my inbox. I can get the messages on my phone for that account if I access them I don't use Thunderbird. I'm getting message that certificate if not valid. I did the trouble shooting for Thunderbird and cleared the cache. Can you please help? I downloaded the trouble shooting file if needed.

Whether I use Firefox or Google, when i pull up search results NONE of the businesses show a rating anymore, a feature which used to be there. Example, I search for "home insurance". A list of Insurance companies with their overall average rating should show up. The ratings are gone. All of them. Why is this? Same happens regardless of what type of business I am searching for.

Hello Firefox Team, I'm currently experiencing an issue related to the screen size/resolution detected by the browser on Android. I noticed that having the app running in the background for some time.. and then opening the app again.. causes that when I decide to browse.. the resolution detected gets bigger than expected. For instance the resolution detected is like if I were using a tablet instead of a phone, making the interface looking like if I turned on the "Desktop site mode" which I didn't.

So far the only solution I have done to fix that it's to completely close Firefox and opening it again, which of course it's not convenient.

I left some screenshots which show the wrong screen resolution detected by the browser. I'm also leaving below the information of my device and the version of Firefox I'm using right now, in case it helps.

Hello, If you could explain what happen that caused my emails below a given point, having been received before the emails above said given point (about 20 emails ) will not open as usual, but instead I need to open in a different tab after right clicking. If I go to "conversations" I can see my incoming email. Hope that sort of explains the problem that I don't understand? Thanks for any help. Lee

Netzero says I am located in Phoenix, Az. I am in Tucson, Arizona. It won't let me change it. I have tried numerous times but to no avail. What is the solution to this? I am going crazy trying to rectify this on my own.

I'm new here so please bear with me if I've posted in the wrong place or have missed something obvious.

I running Windows 10, fully updated, on a laptop. I have been using Firefox browser now for many years, suits my needs and avoid's using Goolges Chrome. My Firefox was updated a in the last few days and it shows as up to date on Version 129.0.1 64bit.

I noticed late last night that when opening a fresh window and enter a search term in either the address bar or the Google search bar, my usual choice of search engine, I hit return and nothing happens. Any text I've input disappears totally. Not at all sure what's going on but have found that if I open a new private window Firefow will act as I'd expect without any issues.

I have two other browsers on my laptop, Edge and also Avast's own offering which both work as expected when I enter a search term. Have never experienced this before with the exception of years ago when malware protection wasn't great. It almost seems as though something is just stopping Firefox from searching anything I enter. I can use the bookmarks just fine and then everything works as usual.

Yesterday I thought that maybe following the new windows culmulative updates I was offered and apparently installed just fine, that I needed to restart which a tried and I thought it had cured the issue. Seems that it hasn't and still having the same issue.

Any idea's or thought's on what the cause of this is?

I have comcast/xfinity email. I reset my Comcast password. Now Thunderbird is asking me to enter a new pawword. I enter it, and tell it so save it, but it doesn't work.

Does Comcast email have a different password from the main password?

How can I fix this problem?

Hi, I'm using Linux Mint 22, Firefox 129.0 (64-bit). Browser is hanging after approximately 4 hours. Not sure if this is a Firefox issue, but this is where I'm starting the troubleshooting process. My suspects are (1) the browser, (2) NVIDIA drivers (3) the new Linux Mint kernel or possibly (4) a mix of the above. This was a fresh install with default options on (Wilma). Using the latest graphics drivers for GeForceRTX 2060, driver version 555.58.02, went down to native drivers, no change. Honestly, this one has me baffled. Been troubleshooting this for 3 days. It feels like a memory leak. Nothing on the crash reports. First, browser will hang, then mouse and keyboard. Hard reboot is the only option. Any help would be appreciated.

On a LIvestream I'm getting an UNDEFINED error code I've cleared cookies but the problem continued I don't know how to clear if it's on you end or the web site I use to be able to beat it before it appears not it will not let me watch any shows at all

Hello Help, I go to https://support.mozilla.org/gl/questions/1340339 as per Google's directions and find 3 Firefox Feedback items, yet no way to get to the Google's and Mozilla's standard prevalent "Go to Help and click 'Submit Feedback'," yet there is no such option for this. It's odd bc I see this:

  "2 respostas    3 have this problem     2 views"

Repostas isn't even in English, and there's no way to click a "I have this problem exact same problem" and the "Views" have to be greater than 2. I see one angry feedback was complaining there is no way to submit feedback, and the response is the standard answer. Are you talking about a different Firefox or you're, for some reason, giving the Android solution? Or perhaps you pulled 3 questions submitted via the question forum, well before more people could say they also have the same issue, and posted static copies of them. At least have the wherewithal to tell us there's no way to just submit feedback other than by the question forum. This doesn't seem like too much to ask of you where you get the chance to defend yourselves when it's required. And it seems reasonable to submit feedback so as a person gets an answer, so why not say so? Anyway, that's my peeve except for a different one I'll ask separately. Cheers, r P.S. When I try to open Thunderbird, a message pops up that says the application had a problem and crashed. It also says that the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for the crash. It then says "Details: The application did not identify itself."

What do I do to fix this?
