trying to import login information from Firefox to Norton Password Manager. the Norton process works but no logins are displayed to import to NPM. There is a quick error screen when running Norton's import_password.exe - I would call a DOS window ERROR:root:extract_all_logins: Error for ALL: no profiles found

Dear all, I would like to know how to disable the automatic insertion of the tag <br> in a text editor in Firefox. I am using Froala, and I am experiencing this only in firefox. Chrome and Edge do not add this tag automatically. Thank you for you support. Kind regards, Cristiano

Perhaps I am the only one experiencing this issue but it is causing such an issue for me that I am afraid I will need to abandon this browser. I never in my life thought an internet browser displaying the forums for the browser would require so many processes.

Am I the only one? I have a pretty basic experience going on here but this is causing such a struggle I might need to find a new browser. I just don't understand how this even gets to be this way.

I am very grateful for a couple of advantages this browser occasionally showcases and I really don't want to migrate to another browser across my devices. All of the options I have read in this forum are pretty much disabled by the updates to Firefox but I am willing to try just about anything within reason that won't be quickly screwed up by another update.

My apologies if I sound frustrated, but come on that's a lot of processes to show your support page and it's eating up so many resources that could be used to trouble shoot my projects in a timely manner. This impacts performance to the point that I can't watch a tutorial with nothing else going on while working with GDevelop.

When using some websites that ask for browser permission to use your location, the location is wrong.

I recently moved more than 2000 miles, and when I use Google Maps in Firefox on my Windows laptop, its "current location" (as in, the blue dot that appears once I give Google Maps permission to use my location) is always at my old address rather than my new one.

After some digging, I discovered https://mylocation.org/, which was very helpful in that it informed me of two different types of location lookup. One of them, based on my IP address, works like a charm and shows me at my new address. The other, called "Browser Geolocation", shows my old address. And I've confirmed that this information varies from browser to browser: Firefox is wrong, Chrome is correct, Edge is correct, Brave is wrong.

This must mean that the browser stores some kind of information somehow about my location, right? How do I update this so that it matches the public IP address location?

CloudFlare is not allowing me to use Firefox for a host of sites that I routinely use, such as my bank, Credit Union 1. I have tried repeatedly and will not recognize my computer so I have to use Chrome to get through.

They are locking me out as a spammer because I am using Firefox. Whats up with that?????

Despite changing the settings and saving them to the cloud. Firefox keeps resetting to Canada as my default country. How can I change this since I live in the UK. I do not use a VPN for Canada.

Hi, I am trying to access a website, and I keep getting 'Secure Connection Failed', with the error codes: ' PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR', or 'SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG'. This only happens in 'Firefox', 'Microsoft Edge' and 'Google Chrome' load without any issues. I have the same problem on PC and Android. I have tried everything that I could from the information I received on the internet and here in the help forums, from disabling proxy, firewalls, on the browser and on my PC. I have added exceptions to HTTPS, disabled 'Enhanced Tracking Protection'. Nothing seems to work. If you could help me this would be greatly appreciated, as Mozilla Firefox is my trusted browser. I am unable to view "Conversations" within the Yahoo Finance Stock Quote portal. This feature displays real time discussion of the security and has thousands of responses. Noticed this when using the Microsoft 365 browser that this is not a problem. My PC is a Dell with Windows 10.

Hey, i have been in some trouble because the last device i had with my firefox account logged in was my phone, and I recently broke it.

So now Im trying to log in with my google account but when i want to restore my session(take back my data like bookmarks and passwords, all the "sync" thing you know) into my computer he says that I need to enter a "master password" refering to that one password i created randomly in 2021, or else, use a key something that i couldve created(I didnt, cause i didnt know the existence of it) to re-enter my session without erasing all my data, because yes, if i forgot the password it says that if i restore it, the data will be erased And with my only logged in device now broken i cant regain access to my data, i have a lot of my passwords of pretty much all my gaming accounts there(and more), and if u wonder how did i got to enter the account without having the possibility of activating the "sync" thing, i just entered with my google account as I do always, but just because i dont remember my very old now password, i cant get back my passwords.

So thats my problem, i hope that my english was understandable, and if u can respond in spanish it would be even more helpful for me but if not, its fine.
