Hello all. Having updated Firefox a few days ago, we can no longer sign into Instagram. This happens only on Firefox, only since the last update, and Firefox is the same browser we have been using for years with Instagram. The problem is the cookie permission window for Instagram a) will not make a selection and b) will not disappear/close. We have attached a screenshot. There are no close tabs/buttons anywhere on this window, and we have looked the full length of the expanded window. As we have not changed any other setting, have not added any software, and this only happens on Firefox, we can only conclude that we have missed something which may have changed or been upgraded with your last update. This is quite urgent, as this is to manage the Instagram account of a wildlife conservation charity. So far we have tried reinstalling Firefox, clearing cookies, and deactivating/uninstalling all add-ons, however this has solved nothing. Could anyone suggest a solution please? how are shortcuts created on my "new tab" home page in firefox browser. I used to be able to create the shortcuts I wanted, not random shortcuts that I might have visited once. Now shortcuts appear that I don't want. I know I can remove them by dismissing them but I should not get them in the first place. Please help.

When im starting my computer, suddenly this program with old firefox logo auto starting on windows taskbar, i cant open(maximize) it....when i hover to that old firefox logo, it just shows random text......

If i'm opening task manager, that program or something is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\AlphaPress under the name update.exe.....i alrd close that program, delete that, and running malwarebytes, but didnt find any threat.....If u can reassure me that it wasnt dangerous malware or anything....maybe some real firefox update?

I had my hp warranty service do everything you told me to do the Fire Fox browser is still the same the screns dont change & slide bar dont work right use to work good been doing this for 2 months your updates messed it up its your website crome works good please fix it

Firefox "Tabs" when operated automatically will not work on links within emails that I trust. When I manually select the link to open within a "Private Tab"(Personal, Banking, Shopping, etc)the link will work, and connect. I have checked the Windows 10(64) Firewall and my VPN, and nothing is set to block Firefox from connecting the auto-opening Tab. What is the trouble?

I've been unable to complete the installation of the latest version of the Firefox browser for Windows 10 for several weeks because my Bitdefender online protection repeatedly blocks the connection to incoming.telemetry.mozilla.org saying: "firefox.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to incoming.telemetry.mozilla.org. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address than the targeted one."

the size of the offered tabs became too huge in the address bar. Something happened in my browser and it reset all the settings. How can I reduce their size? They take up half of the browser screen

When playing any Ren'Py web build on Firefox Windows, the frames freeze while entering inputs. Depending on what is being displayed on screen, sometimes it will still continue despite the mouse movement, but most things just completely freeze up. Once the inputs stop, the frames will skip ahead to where they should be. This only seems to happen on Windows, as I was told it is not repeatable on Ubuntu using Firefox. This is also not an issue on Chromium based browsers.

I'm working on ASUS, on Windows 86bit. If I reboot my PC g-mail works again for a couple of hours. I have no problem accessing my g-mail accounts from Chrome.

Often, when I go to history and try to restore session..it is greyed out. it occurs randomly, but It ALWAYS occurs after an update. This is so frustrating! It never happened on Edge or Chrome, not once. I know it might seem Karen-like fuming about it, but when you have dozens of important tabs open and they don't restore you too will become a karen. I'm almost about to uninstall Firefox because of it

I am trying to view uploaded videos in to my work portal and when I try to view the video this is the error message I receive. I am running WIndows 10 on my desktop. My Windows is up to date and I have cleared all cookies and still not working. Please help. Thank you

trying to restore previous settings i have accidentally created multiple copy's of bookmarks and folders. many have more than 10 copy's and i now have over 400 000 bookmarks. is there any quick way to delete the copys of bookmarks?

In Firefox, after a reboot, how can I re-open my previous sessions?

Originally I had quite a lot of open browsers & tabs. Then I needed to do a reboot, and now I've lost those previous sessions.

Usually I just open Firefox, and this opens one browser, and then all of my previous browser, and tabs reopen, but this time Firefox crashed, and its popup said it needed to restart, but it would re-open my previous browser and tabs, but it didn't.

After following the usual Firefox help guides, it still wouldn't re-open my previous sessions. Now if I ask it to open my previous sessions, it just opens the recent help guides, and not anything before the crash.

So is there a backup file of my missing sessions that I can roll back to?
