I've been using a Rewards site regularly (3/4 times per month) for several years without problem. This weekend the attached pop-up appeared. It makes no difference whether I select Resend or Cancel, the program just re-displays the pop-up trapping me in an endless loop. The only exit is to close the window and abort the process. I was able to complete the task without any problem using Edge instead so it appears to be a Firefox specific issue. I haven't consciously changed anything since last using the site successfully on 24 May. Any help/suggestions appreciated.

In my settings under Connected Services there is a list of devices that have signed into my firefox account. I do not recognize one of them. The Connected Service listed name is Firefox Mobile 126, Android 14. How can I find out where this is coming from?

Every time I enable Light theme for taskbar it becomes disabled & reverts back to Dark Theme. This is not great for my eyesight. Why does Firefox force dark theme?

The website mylotto.co.nz has been blocking Firefox for many months now and when I rang them to find out what the problem is they just say they are having problems but it was obvious that the person there was reading a script and fobbing me off. This has been going for many months now a problem would have been fixed by now. I would like to know if you can bring pressure to bear on them to get reinstated again. Hello, Since a couple of weeks I'm facing a strange issue on my Firefox installed on my desktop (arch linux) where the suggestions window that appears when clicking the URL address bar, is shifted upwards and covers the address bar itself and the majority of the bookmarks. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and is able to point me towards some troubleshooting steps? Thanks!

After 10:00 p.m. I cannot get into or use the inter net. I do have an account with you and I thought I could use it at any time to get in to the inter net with security.This started happening about two weeks. How can this problem by solved.

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 23H2. This is a pristine installation, downloaded from mozilla.org, default settings, no add-ons. - Firefox 126.0.1. - There are no cookies, history or cache to clean, since it's a fresh installation. - Connection settings is set default to "Use system proxy settings", although I've also tried setting it up to "No proxy", then restarting Firefox completely, then trying again with a new domain. No change. - DNS over HTTPS is set default to "Default protection". I've also set it to "Off", then restarting Firefox completely, then trying again with a new domain. No change.

I don't what else to try and I don't know what's wrong with Mozilla Firefox.

A little while ago I noticed that the site I used to test my gamepads (hardwaretester.com/gamepad, formerly known as gamepad-tester.com) stopped working properly. I just assumed this was either something outside of the browser or the website itself was broken. Today I just tested with several other websites and browsers and confirmed that Firefox seems to be the issue. Even in Troubleshooting Mode it was completely broken.

L1, R1, R2, Triangle, Share, Options and the Left Stick seem to be the only things that function properly currently, with the DPad not doing anything and the rest of the face buttons/triggers hitting the wrong buttons. In the case of the right stick, L2 for some reason controls the vertical movement while the physical right stick still works horizontally. This controller works perfectly on the rest of my system, windows sees the proper buttons being pressed and games that support Dualsense work fine without any interference.

Below I have attached two images which show how the website I mentioned used to look, and the second image is how it looks now. I have a feeling some kind of update to Firefox's Gamepad API has broken this, somehow.

During the past week, my open tabs will crash when I try to open them. All new tabs will crash. There are no crash reports. I cleared my cache but retained cookies. My temporary fix is to close and reopen Firefox. That works until I open another new tab.

A recent Firefox upgrade eliminated my toolbar "History" Icon. I want it back. Please do not suggest a three stroke keyboard alternative. Thank you.

Filled out a form on a Japanese Retail Store website to contact them and couldn't send the message. Message just hung up all day. I think the connection is secure (icon next to Firefox address bar does not have a slash thru it so I think connection is secure). That Firefox icon says it is blocking trackers and cookies on the website and "Enhanced Tracking Protection" is "On". And got message in bottom corner of website saying "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key". Using up-to-date Firefox browser, Windows 10 and Windows Defender Firewall. (Tried Windows Edge browser and it said connection was insecure so I followed steps to connect to it like changing Privacy settings and switching to a Private Window but it didn't help.) What else can I try to use this Japanese website? (Note: website does not have an email address listed anywhere.)

I had a set of Firefox bookmarks but when I signed into my Firefox on my Surface Pro 3, Firefox automatically imported my Chrome browser. I went back to the library to restore it and the old version was not there.

How do I get my Firefox bookmarks back. I tried to get them from my Android phone and it also has the wrong bookmarks.

Hi there, It won't accept my primary password even though I know it is the right one,it has always been fine and has never changed. I have entered it so many times now still the same.I don't want to go through the resetting and loose all my info, I couldn't anyway as it will not accept my primary password to be able to. Recently I used the forgot about this site for reddit, but when I try to click on a link from either my bookmarks or from a web search I keep on getting. [The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.]

Not exactly sure what causes this or how to fix it.

I cannot copy anything from the Firefox browser. Copying works in every other application on my PC. Running Windows 11 Home and Firefox 126.0.1 (64 bit). I can copy things from other applications such as wordpad or Chrome and paste them into Firefox, but as I said, cannot copy anything from Firefox itself. Highlighting text in Firefox gives me the option to copy it, but when I do that and then try to paste it elsewhere, the paste option is grayed out. I have already tried a refresh of Firefox and a complete uninstall and reinstall. This issue has persisted for months, but today was the day I set aside time to fix it, and thus far I have failed. Please help me restore full functionality to Firefox!

I have F-Secure Internet Security installed. Browsing Protection by F-Secure says Security application not found, but it is installed. I've followed countless links, difficult to even find solution articles in either Firefox help or F-sure website. Inside F-secure settings a setup page takes me to the 'install add on' page, but it is installed! Allow automatic updates - on. Run in Private Windows - allowed. Run on sites with restrictions - allowed. Updates checked for. Permissions:

   Access your data for all web sites
   Exchange messages with programs other than Firefox
   Monitor extension usage and manage themes
   Access browser tabs
   Access browser activity during navigation

All ticked. Don't understand debugging tool.
