Can't get out of offline mode. It happen once previous but an icon was available and got back on. Now going to settings and nothing works. Surprisingly found nothing with Google nor Mozilla support. No email; big problem.

Why doesn't developer edition doest have a flag like web security disabled like in chrome to bypass cors issues for local development . I am planning to switch from chrome to mozilla but now I am disappointed because I can't use it for my local server development..

This is a repeat of a problem that I posted a couple of weeks ago. I am unable to log in to my New York Times account on Firefox (other browsers work fine). I have reset the password several times but it still doesn't work. I had a response to my previous question that led me to disable Total Cookie Prevention for that site. Thereafter the Times seemed to work properly and I stated that the problem was fixed. However, the fix lasted for only a short time and it is again acting the way it previously acted--I can't get past the first page to the full stories. There must be something else at work, but I have no idea what.

This issue is only on two computers (24" iMac running Sonoma) - others at the client site work normally.

Client has up to date Firefox (127.0.2 - also tried latest ESR) full screen with multiple tabs - config set to use system print dialog by default. Print - print dialog opens, print is sent. Tabs are now greyed out, cannot type in text boxes. Changing context (opening and closing About Firefox) restores normal function.

Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. My laptop uses Window 11. On the web Bet365, I view live streams video by Picture in Picture mode of Firefox (hotkey: Ctrl+Shift+]) and see that the quality of video is very bad. I tested with Chrome and didn't see this issue. Is there any way to improve video quality of Firefox Picture in Picture mode?

Currently the German language is not recognized in the spell checker or is apparently not available.

When I click on the context menu in a language field (right mouse button), only "Englisch (Vereinigte...." is displayed under "Sprachen" (which is "Languages" in the english menu).

However, the German language pack is apparently installed, because when I click on the link to add it in the context menu, the language extension for German already says "remove".

Hi, Like many other people I have Firefox setup just the way I like it - a few windows open, some windows with 10 tabs open, my most common pages open as pinned tabs, other windows with stuff I want to remain at the front of memory at least temporarily. The last 3 times I have updated Firefox, it opens without restoring my pages. I look in the History menu and both the 'recently closed windows' and 'recently closed tabs' items are greyed out. I really, really don't want to move away from FF, but this behavior is beyond frustrating. I've already checked I have 2 profiles: default and default-release (default). I tried 'Launch profile in new browser' for the other profile but it's empty. Any ideas how to figure out what the problem is? I'm on Windows 11. Thanks!

I have a problem with the import of my backup in FireFox. I made an backup with MozBackup (.pcv) with my old Computer, Now with the new one and new FireFox program I can't import it, as the import will not recognive the used format.

I have tried to solve it to convert it to .zip but then the import won't run, or quit's after about 25 to 30% import.

How can I resolve this problem, which also count's for the new Thunderbird. As I am now missing all the maps at both programs.
