Two days ago firefox would not play youtube videos. I select a video from my home page and the screen turns black and I see a spinning circle. Then an ad will appear darkened and I can skip. When I do the screen returns to black. This does not happen on any other source. It does not happen when I use Microsoft Edge.

Hello, I have encountered an issue on the google photos website. Allow me to explain by giving the scenario:

Lets say A shared an album with B thereby A being the owner and B being the collaborator.

When A right clicks an image within the gallery, in the right click menu he has the option to 'save image as'. It does not matter if A is the owner of said image or not.

If B wishes to do the same thing, he can only do so for images he uploaded aka that he owns. He cannot right click on the images A uploaded to save it. Instead he must use Shift + D. The right click context menu only shows "Save webpage as" so we cannot download anything.

I have tried to test it on other browsers and Firefox is the only one with this issue. For chromium based browsers it works perfectly normally.

I already occasionally run into sites that don't behave well with Firefox, forcing me to use another browser in some cases.

Will enabling these settings tend to contribute to exacerbating the problems?

firefox stated it would close, update , open and restore tabs. This happened: a message stating..XUL runner error Platform version 128.03 not compatible with min 128.0 or max 128.0

What do I need to do ?

Because Microsoft's timeserver remains shit as ever (which is why if I install Windows I tend to sync up with nist.gov instead of windows.com, but this time I forgot to do so), the time/date stamp didn't match up and Firefox absolutely refused to sync.

HOWEVER.... the only reason I found this out is because I checked about:sync-log and am able to correctly read those logs and the implication therein. Which, honestly, shouldn't be needed.

When I realized this I synced up with nist.gov, which solved the sync issue, but if you don't know about the state of the Windows time server and how drastically synced up in regarding the time you need to be for the Firefox sync to work, you're pretty much screwed.

Which is why I'd like to suggest a warning in regards to this, if the system notes a 'time de-sync' and tells you why syncing doesn't work. You shouldn't need (by the average citizen's standard) need intermediate or better computer knowledge skills to realize why the syncing doesn't work.

Why can't I upload photos to ebay? I do not understand this (and you cannot right click to open it in a new tab either). See screenshot below. Any help gratefully received. Kind regards, Neil

Hello. Recently I've noticed video quality has been reduced on amazon prime video. I get a message saying my hardware doesn't meet HDCP requirements.

I've already tried playing the same video on edge, and the quality selector was fine there, full HD video.

I have a problem when using Firefox to connect to my BT email. I get an message from my Bitdefender security suite saying it has blocked a suspicious connection. Resetting Firefox and reloading my apps does not fix it. Running Firefox in Troubleshoot mode does not fix it Downloading a fresh firefox copy and new addons plus keeping my bookmarks does not fix it. Using Ghostery Dawn in Firefox does fix it. Any advice on how I can get rid of this pesky suspicious connection please. Its name is: prod5-cdata.sprinklr.com.s3.amazonaws.com
