I'd love to find a solution! Sometimes this happens when opening a link from my email (to a well-known retailer as shown in the images below), and at other times it is in response to a website requesting information as part of a 2-factor ID request or, or even a password change. It has become almost almost debilitating! What setting seems to be wrong here.

I use Webroot SecureAnywhere and the relevant updates are applied automatically.

How do i access Google OneDrive via Firefox so as to delete my sensitive personal info such as financial PDFs and personal pics, which involuntarily got copied to Google OneDrive thru an erroneous mouseClick?

See, when i keyword search online, it states that Google Drive can be accessed via one's browser for purposes of accessing/deleting one's files. (Frankly, i don't even know if OneDrive is GoogleDrive? Is it?

It's upsetting to me that Google has loads of my personal info, because over the years everyone has been saying "Use Gmail", and so i made that my main email due to convenience. But Google now has, for example, some of my personal home photo's and private financial PDFs, all because I absentmindedly clicked my mouse on a risky part of my email attachments, not realizing that would transfer the JPG (or PDF) to Google OneDrive.

I believe this started happening ever since they imposed the New Gmail without giving us a choice. Prior to that, when i used HTMLgmail, i don't recall this happening when i clicked attachments. With Simple HTML, if i clicked an attachment, i saw a photo. It didn't INVOLUNTARILY auto-transfer my pics/pdfs to Google OneDrive, which precisely reminds me of automatic faucets and towel-dispensers and light-shutters in public buildings, all of which are human-unfriendly.

Mission Federal Credit Union account page loads but does not allow account info to load. Mission Federal tech say it is a problem with Firefox. Please fix. same problem through two updates of your software.

My (custom) cursor has recently started being transparent when I hover over a YouTube video. On darker colors it's fine, but on white it's straight up invisible. I tried recording it, but the recording doesn't capture the transparency. This didn't happen before, I changed nothing.

I have lost recent activity on home screen. There are blank tiles but nothing is being added.Hovering over tiles nothing happens. How do I get recent activity to appear again ?

For several months, Firefox has been unable to play videos from various different websites, including Netflix, Paramount Plus, Youtube, and others. I've turn off VPNS, reset my internet router countless times, cleared cache/cookies, flushed DNS, updated firefox, updated my video drivers, updated windows, disabled extensions (including adblock), opened Firefox in safemode, and reset hardware acceleration. This is not an issue on chrome or edge. Some of the error messages include: Netflix F7351, Paramount Plus 5000, and error code 102630. Youtube mostly doesn't work on livestreams, and says that my browser isn't compatible.

Dear supporter, our firefox is managed by our company, while download file, not sure why some file type could not setup default option, due to no check box "Do this automatically for files like this from now on", could you share how to fix ? Thanks a lot.

How can I resolve issues with video streams from Facebook Workplace?

This issue doesn't happen in Chrome. When I stream video in Facebook Workplace, the video stops frequently and becomes poor quality at times. I have recommended performance settings enabled, using hardware acceleration.

Hey all, Before I go to far, here... Firefox version 127.0.2 (64-bit) Windows 10 Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 Extensions - Malwarebytes browser guard.

What I've done: Cleared cache, history, etc. etc. ran multiple system scans restart app restart windows

So how do I keep Firefox from opening pop-up for about:config? That's right, There are pop ups that firefox allow to open new tabs, and its the about:config page.

Also, every time I start typing out google in the address bar auto suggest fills in googleleadservices or something like that. I already went through all the same steps above and more. I originally thought it was just opening one of the last pages I went to, but if I've "cleared" everything as per the way firefox has it set up, why would it have any history of what the last page was?

after creating a new profile, and copying everything in the root directory to the new profile, including search.json.mozlz4, the default search engine setting does not get transferred over and is still set to google

Unable to export Firefox bookmarks. When I go to 'Manage Bk Mks' it states 'no items' (See attached Print Screen) yet all my bookmarks show in the left hand pane.

I Have Had It Installed On Microsoft Edge For About A Year With No Problems. I Had It Installed For About 3 Months On Firefox Then I Needed To Install It Again & I Get The Above Messages. Why Is It Doing This? There Hasn't Been Any Harm Done To My Computer. Machines are Win10 and Win 11. Current FF = 107.0.2 I have several PC's, previously NOT synced. All have overlapping bookmarks - some unique, others the same. My question has to do ONLY with bookmarks. My main concern is how to do this across multiple different machines - not all online at the same time - and NOT LOSE DATA!

1. When I sync machine A with machine B, I assume entries that are different are copied to the server AND then duplicated to the machine that did not have it.  Q:  Is the item that determines the uniqueness the NAME or the URL?

2. For entries common to both machines: copied to server, left alone on both machine. Q: To be considered the same - do they need to have both same NAME and Url? 3a. Same name but different url? What happens? 3b Same url but different name? What happens?

............................ Now assume we have 2 synced machines with identical bookmarks. What are the rules / priority sequence concerning the data interactions (specifically deletion ) when one machine is offline and the other adds / deletes a bookmark, and the offline machine has made some additions and deletions before it comes back online (eg. signed in)
