No longer remembers which monitor I use it on

The latest build 61.0.2 64-bit on my Mac running 10.12.6 misbehaves in regards to my multiple monitor set-up. I always use Firefox on my left display. Now, everytime I close all windows or quit, when a new window opens, it always opens on my center display filling the screen. I have to resize, drag to the left screen and then resize again. This is not the way it has acted in the past. Previous versions always defaulted to the last display used.
