Firefox itself does not make sounds. This is from an add-on or other outside programs.

Scanned with malwarebytes-mac , says "Congratulations! You're Clean!"

As FredMcD pointed, Firefox will not make any sound. Are you hearing the sound only with Firefox right click or in general right click generates a sound? Have you tried starting Firefox in 'safe mode' to eliminate the issues with add-on?

In your Mac, go to 'System Preferences' -> 'Notifications' -> 'Firefox', uncheck 'Play sound for notifications'.

It only does this with Firefox, NOT Safari, NOT Chrome. It only does this when i right click a link in Firefox "Open Link in New Tab". As stated i tried 'safe mode', tried refreshing Firefox, removed all extension, disabled all plugins, uncheck all sound notifications in Mac Preferences > Notifications. Scanned with Malware bytes. Nothing.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In Safe Mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.

If Firefox is not running: Hold down the option key when starting Firefox. (Windows: hold down the Shift key)

If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

• "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
• Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

and OK the restart.

Like i said, i have tried restarting Firefox in Safe Mode, and also Refreshing Firefox , uninstalling all add-ons, disabling all plug-ins, unchecking all sound notifications in Mac Preferences, uninstalling Adobe Flash Player. And nothing worked.

However, i did notice that by quitting Firefox and restarting it, i may get 1 to 3 silent right click open tabs out of it before it starts making the annoying chime alert sound notification. Not sure if it was doing this before or not.
