When I used to take screenshots, they would be automatically named with the date, time, and part of the text captured regardless of language. A few days ago and with no reason I can discern, it now saves any non-English screenshots with something like this "Screenshot 2024-06-23 a[...].png" instead of "Screenshot 2024-06-22 at 08-02-28 Politics Policy Polit[...].png" (usual for English text and what I used to get with all languages).

Which means I have to manually rename screenshots. Does anyone know how I can fix this because I am working on a project with lots of screenshots for topics from different languages?

There is an issue with 3 extensions: 1. Briskine. 2. Simple Gmail notes. 3. Boomerang. This issue is taking place only when Briskine is active and only on Firefox.

When Briskine is active Simple Gmail notes does not display at all. Boomerang does not display correctly so there is no access to the full screen and options.

This only happens with Firefox, not with Chrome or Edge. Also, it is a know issue that's been going on for a while. I wish it could be fixed. Thank you Adam [removed phone# and email from public support forum]

I deleted McAfee. I cleared the cache. When Firefox opens it opens to qowin.co.in

How do I fix this?

how are shortcuts created on my "new tab" home page in firefox browser. I used to be able to create the shortcuts I wanted, not random shortcuts that I might have visited once. Now shortcuts appear that I don't want. I know I can remove them by dismissing them but I should not get them in the first place. Please help.

When im starting my computer, suddenly this program with old firefox logo auto starting on windows taskbar, i cant open(maximize) it....when i hover to that old firefox logo, it just shows random text......

If i'm opening task manager, that program or something is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\AlphaPress under the name update.exe.....i alrd close that program, delete that, and running malwarebytes, but didnt find any threat.....If u can reassure me that it wasnt dangerous malware or anything....maybe some real firefox update?

When I search for a Hebrew-language video on Firefox the resulting link text overlaps with the English text “Translate this page” for all YouTube videos. I don’t want any page translated and my Firefox Translation settings include no languages. The overlap only occurs on YouTube video links. How can I get rid of the “Translate this page” text? I back up my TB profile every few months. I just went thru the Cox-Yahoo email conversion and I am getting emails. When I did my back up, I noticed in the properties it had one more folder and the files went from 1311 to 2585 files. Is something wrong? Do I need to compare and research what is causing this or just move on!

Hello! We are a real dues-paying member, having made a number of donations over the years. We have been having trouble with emails received from Microsoft-based systems, with the HTML formatting of messages getting lost and the attachment of a winmail.dat file, which we can't open. We tried to use your Lookout add-on, but with all of the permissions that must be given in order to use that add-on, it will not pass our IT security folks. Is there any chance you will be able to improve Thunderbird to read those messages without having to use the add-on? We really hate Microsoft, and would prefer to stay on your team, but we will not be able to unless a solution can be found.

Despite literally hours of frustrating -- now infuriating -- effort, my inbox won't show "from," which was removed by the most recent update. Is this problem fixable? If so, how? (If not, I'm damn well going to dump Thunderbird.)

In the past, I could click on an email address and drag it into a new subfolder I'd made (let's say for emails to a group about baking). Easy as pie!

Sorry for the bad pun.

Now, when I try to click and drag, it will NOT go into that subfolder. I looked in Help and there were answers about csv files, about a horizontal or vertical view, etc. None of that made sense to me.

So I'm wondering if it's still somehow an easy thing to do, to duplicate someone's email in one or more other folders. It seems like it should be! Thanks, Su

At our clinic when we cannot answer client calls it goes to voicemail. The voicemail the should be sent to our email and transcribed, however it hasn’t been. It leaves us with the only option to play voicemails aloud while clients are going in and out of the lobby, which we find unprofessional. Please help us fix this!

I just noticed (after 7 yrs) I have Thunderbird(beta) 32 bit on my laptop windows 10 (64 bit machine) and Thunderbird 64 bit on my desk top Windows 10 (64 bit machine). How do I get the 64 bit Thunderbird on the laptop without loosing all my settings to login to my 4 email accounts?

In my inbox I see a couple of emails that (once opened, or even seeing preview) are not associated correctly to the original email sent or received. It's quite odd as it happened only a couple of times, but even after updating, rebooting and moving these messages, they are still showing the wrong addressee and content.

I'm working on ASUS, on Windows 86bit. If I reboot my PC g-mail works again for a couple of hours. I have no problem accessing my g-mail accounts from Chrome.

Often, when I go to history and try to restore session..it is greyed out. it occurs randomly, but It ALWAYS occurs after an update. This is so frustrating! It never happened on Edge or Chrome, not once. I know it might seem Karen-like fuming about it, but when you have dozens of important tabs open and they don't restore you too will become a karen. I'm almost about to uninstall Firefox because of it

I am trying to view uploaded videos in to my work portal and when I try to view the video this is the error message I receive. I am running WIndows 10 on my desktop. My Windows is up to date and I have cleared all cookies and still not working. Please help. Thank you

For two days will tab crash for TikTok. For years, will not allow access to certain sites and no contest entries for the last few months. Worked before. No phone help and to download the browser doesn't work. I was upset as won't load TIktok and I NEED IT as use it daily. Please fix it ASAP!! I wasted time contacting Monzilla, as was only link for Firefox. They told me no help wasted today.

After some intermittent problems, hopefully solved, I am now left with one main problem. When I send an email to agmail eddress it fails, saying something about SPF having a hard fail and no DDKM, whatever that means. If I send emails from webmail ro my iPad they get through. Can this be solved, please?
