  1. Ingrese a su cuenta en https://accounts.firefox.com/signin.
  2. En el panel a la izquierda, en Configuración, seleccione Suscripciones pagadas.
  3. Haga clic en Contactar a soporte.

Llene el formulario con su solicitud rellenando los siguientes campos:

  1. En ¿Para qué nos contacta?, seleccione Otros.
  2. Escriba Solicitud de reembolso en el campo de Asunto (opcional).
  3. Explique por qué solicita el reembolso en el campo de descripción del problema.
  4. Dé clic al botón Enviar.
