121.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Professional. I'm a Leo and like long walks on the beach.

For months, I've experienced the Bookmarks menu collapsing (Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, and Other Bookmarks headings appear but all bookmarks are just gone) and locking up (those headings cannot be opened and closed).

I have finally noticed that this happens when I am using Windows File Explorer to drag and drop files into my Google Drive opened with an entirely separate Google Chrome browser running concurrently with Firefox.

To be clear, I have Google Chrome and Explorer at the top of my desktop, with Firefox running behind them. When I drag a file from Windows Explorer over to the Google Chrome browser, the side bookmarks window in Firefox goes haywire. Close and reopening the bookmarks menu brings it back, but the issue remains.

I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of this BROWSER HIJACKER. It just seems that I can't get rid of it. When I try a simple search on the search bar, it redirects to "BING". I just tried searching travel, and this is where it took me: "https://www.bing.com/search?ptag=ICO-86655dbd68d344bb&form=INCOH1&pc=1AWL&q=TRAVEL"

I don't have anything against MIcrosoft, but don't want to always go to a BING site. Once I hit the enter button, it says "redirecting....." Anyone know of an answer for me?

Yes, I know addons exist for it but many work places don't allow installing addons, security wise they can be a concern and these addons have poor UI/UX. I am genuinely considering using Edge over Firefox due to them having better tab groups which I never though I would say. Please implement a simple tab folder, literally just what current Edge has. It is a very useful basic feature and I would really love to have it included in my favorite browser I have been using for over a decade. Thank you.

Our office uses a cloud-based database. Mozilla won't allow me to "check" boxes to do database searches for specific things. Google works fine, Edge works fine, but not Mozilla. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks!

The title describes the problem I'm facing. I don't really use other sites that have videos other than Youtube. But I notice that the videos freeze quite often and audio just continues to play. The videos then unfreeze and skip multiple frames. I've noticed clearing browser cache seems to help but it doesn't help for longer than a 2 min video at best. At worst, it doesn't affect it at all.

I have Firefox set to open on the default home page with 2 rows of shortcuts. After an update yesterday, all my shortcuts disappeared on my work computer. They are still there on my laptop however. I tried to sync, no go. I have tried to re-add the shortcuts manually and it won't save it. It is important that I fix this as I have several tabs open and signed it to different websites that I work with and this saved me a lot of time.

Can anyone help me out and others on this matter? several months ago appears FB decided to screw everyone over by arbitrarily forcing auto refresh. If you're reading something long and or have to step away for a moment it is gone.

Some have posted for chrome they have an extension that stopped it. The only one on FF does not work. I tried it, does nothing at all. Time for FF to fix this issues allowing you to turn it on or off at my will.

Every once in awhile i get a second Firefox icon pinned to my taskbar and also a second listing for firefox in my programs list. If i try and delete the extra version there is only one listed in the control panel. Has anyone else seen this? I am running Windows 10 Pro.

Yesterday, the pdf document had a time/date stamp for the time and date of printing. Today it is gone. How do I make the printed copy show time/date, website, etc that I am printing the pdf from?

I was able to get rid of remembered user id data in Chrome (delete site data) with no problems, but have tried all I can find in Firefox with no luck. Please tell me how to do it. There is no saved login data in Firefox and deleting site data does not help. Thanks, John.

I encounter this error only on my.nintendo.com. However nobody else I know encounters this (even using Firefox) and I do not encounter it on Edge browser.

When I open the site it stays for a few seconds, then loads an error page. Then this error page reloads itself every few seconds. I tried to include some Inspect tool details. Before a 404 error there are 303 and 302 responses. I live near my friends who do not have this issue (same ISP too) so it's not a regional issue. In the screenshots the four (and two more further down) red GETs below are all "304 Not Modified" status'd

I'm not sure what type of info I can dump from the browser or how, to help diagnose this. I'm on Windows 11 (though I was having this isue on my dual-booted Linux install too), on version 121.0.1 (see screenshot of About Firefox for more?)

Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem. Hello, I bought a new acer laptop that has only installed by default Microsoft edge. Now, It seems that I can't see how to download and install Firefox as my browser by default. It seems that Firefox is not supported by Microsoft edge browser. I need my Firefox browser to my new laptop. I need help please.

Cox communications updated my internet from high speed cable to fiber. New fiber terminal, wire, and box at the side of the house. My desktop (windows , pc) can no longer access google search and gmail from firefox (all other websites work). However I can access google search and gmail from edge and chrome from the same computer.

Please help, I have already tried: Uninstalling firefox and re-installing firefox checking privacy settings deleting cookies
