I can't get firefox to play amazon music web page or netflix because it claims to be installing an app which it never completes. I've tried to purge cache for the site in question, to no avail. What is the solution?

Why am I having trouble loading websites using firefox as browser but no problems with Edge. Unless you straighten your act out I am defintiely leaving firefox.

I have latest version of Firefox on Windows 11 PC (fully updated). It initially opened full screen and subsequently started minimized (small). I have tried deleting or renaming xulstore.json multiple times through about:support. This works for a few openings and then the issue recurs. Running in troubleshooting mode with extensions disabled makes no difference. Getting very frustrated. Have also tried changing opening mode in Windows file properties without success.

I am trying to watch a movie on Criterion Collection, this has not happened before, but now I am getting a message that says I have to use a supported browser. I always use Firefox and I am using the latest version which has just updated. Is this a problem with Criterion not being up to speed on the update? Or is there another issue causing this problem?

Import settings from Firefox on my Macbook Air that died into the Firefox now installed on my new Macbook Air. I'm trying to import bookmarks from my Firefox that was on my old computer into the Firefox I'm running to send you this query. I can only find a function to import from Safari. Hello, Mozilla Community I'm contacting you to seek assistance on an issue that appears when I try to browse https://theglobaltranslators.com/ with Mozilla Firefox. I'm not sure if there's a flaw on the website, a problem with the browser, or something else totally causing it to not load.

Is there anyone else who is aware of this issue or has suggestions for a solution? I've tried clearing my browser's cache and uninstalling addons, but the problem persists.

I enjoy sending and receiving messages using TextFree on all of my devices.

But after the previous two updates of FireFox on my Windows 7 64 bit PC (the last one was today). I get a generic page instead of my messaging page when I go to this link:

The page still works fine under Chrome, so it's clearly something that the update of FireFox broke.

Any possible fix?

When I use Firefox on certain sites, I get an error that says:

"Hello You don't have permission to open this file.

Contact the file owner or an administrator to obtain permission.

I don't get this message with other browsers. It seems specific to Firefox but unsure if there is a workaround for the issue?

Each time I try to download patch or updates to my personal desktop software through FF, I receive an error message. 404 Bad Request - Request header or cookie too large.

How can I correct this as I have to download my updates for my software.  :)

Hi. Your browser recently has spikes in RAM usage, up to 96%. It really disturbs my business and my online gaming. It makes my computer lag like crazy.

I am unable to load the video pages on prime video in firefox. Instead of loading the video's page, it gives me a black screen and says "That shouldnt' have happened. It looks like something went wrong on our side. Let's find you a great video to watch instead." It works fine in Chrome, and other streaming sites like Netflix also work. I tried upgrading firefox, and upgraded to 129.0 (64 bit), but the same error is still happening. I contacted Amazon support, they couldn't figure it out, and told me to talk to Firefox support.

I disabled ublock origin, and disabled trackign protection, and error still occurs.

Videos won't play in Firefox, fine in other browsers. Here is the site I wanted to view below.
