I WAS JUST UPDATED TO THE LATEST AND "UMMM GREATEST?" VERSION... WHEN i GO TO MY FAV ONLINE SHOPPING SITE...I NOW HAVE TO DO IT THRU A PRIVATE WINDOW...WHAT A PAIN IN THE BIG TOE..... wHY DID YOU BREAK IT?

MAKE IT GO BACK SO IT REMEMBERS WHO I AM AND i DONT HAVE TO TRY TO LOG IN...FOR SOME REASON NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES i LOG IN (IN A NORMAL PAGE) IT JUST ASKS AGAIN AND AGAIN... i SHOULD NOT HAVE TO OPEN A SEPARATE PRIVATE WINDOW EVERY TIME....

Latest update (127.0.2) erased all my data. Gone are my bookmarks, passwords, sign-in shortcuts, history, etc. and I'm trying not to panic. Most of my passwords are backed up but my bookmarks are gone as is all my sign-in shortcuts, etc.

I always try to keep updated and never have had a problem with anything other than having to relearn a few new things; but this is a first for me.

I can't remember how but somewhere along the way I got a tip about how to select this context menu search option not to conduct the search with it, but for the search phrase show up in the search field, after which a search could be conducted.

How do I undo this?

Some time back, for me, both browsers would crash frequently when open at he same time. Then, it stopped, but since I don't use Chrome very often, perhaps the behavior was still the in the right circumstances.

Happened today. I was working in Firefox, and had to open Chrome, and a sort time later Firefox crashed, with a crash message. Wouldn't restart.

After several minutes, I had to go to the Task Manager, to find about 20 Firefox processes still active in the "background processes", with one of them at about 31% cpu. A short time later, Chrome crashed.

Has anyone else seen this?

Something went wrong and I have had problems ever since June 20, 2024. I have tried to delete every facet related to and I cannot get rid of Firefox. I have used ever Uninstall I know available.

After the last update in Firefox and Waterfox I haven't been able to login to Ikariam.com. It was working fine before the updates, Suggestions?

The Back Button does not work at times. When I right click on the Back Button, many previous sites are shown. It would be nice if this was fixed so it works all the time.

Also, at times the Bookmarks Sidebar disappears all on its own. Why is this?

When I enter "about.config" in the address bar, it searches it instead and I can't get to the about.config page. I thought maybe it was the search extension I was using but when I changed it, the problem persisted. Is there a way to fix this or at least a way to get to the page?

I have Firefox currently installed on my Windows 10 computer as a backup browser. Normally I don't run it and it isn't the default browser. However, for the past couple of days the Firefox Crash Reporter keeps popping up when I don't even have Firefox running. I can't see anything running in the Task Manager that looks as if it might be related to Firefox. Why on earth does this keep happening?

I've added https://x.com as an exception site but it is still blocked.

This is outright censorship which is something [edited] do.

Tell me how to fix your browser so I may access x.com again or I stop using Firefox forever.

Firefox updated this morning and now I have 3 "recent searches" added into the drop down from the address bar. And my frequently used addresses are now 5, I think it was 6 until today. Also the top 2 lines are search with Amazon and search with Google.

Is there anyway to get rid of the new recent searches, and also the search with Amazon and google? I don't want or need either of these "features", just my most used site addresses.

Make amazon and Google search go away and take the "recent searches" with them.

Please stop sending me notifications of update available! I don't want to see them a few times/day or even once/week! How can I stop receiving those notifications, even after I've updated my firefox???????!!
