How can i set up Firefox sync when the "next" button is constantly greyed out?

daft question really, but when I try and set up sync, I enter my email, set a password and click to accept the terms and conditions, and .. can't go any further as I can't press "next". Any ideas?

Do you see any other message in the window? Perhaps the password combination is wrong or the e-mail is already in use. Make sure you don't have any of this messages.

If this is not the case, I suggest restarting the browser with your add-ons disabled just to make sure they are not the cause of the problem. Read this article to learn how to use the Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode .
