My web site uses frames. Zooming won't work with latest release
Beta releases worked fine. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. Same problem. Double tap does nothing and pinch to zoom does nothing. When I change orientation by turning the phone, the rendering is really slow and appears to crash. I need to manually kill the app. Unfortunately, I can't give you the site because it's behind a password protected screen. For all other sites I visit, the zooming works fine. The only odd thing about my site is the frames. Everything else is HTML 4 compliant. I have a Droid X running 2.2.

What site?
As I stated, it's a password protected page with frames so I can't pass that url to you. The password screen doesn't use frames and works just fine. I just assume it's the frames. Also, the links work (on the framed page) but it's really slow to respond. As I said, this all worked great on all the beta's. The current release doesn't work. Is this a bug?
I can't say without knowing what code for the page is. If you can provide an example of the page that causes the same problem.
I will try to send you a zip with an example.
Can't post the zip file. Any other way to get you a sample?

My work website is having this same problem. It worked fine using the previous versions. It also is a secure and password protected site. There is an logon portal that works fine. Once inside the portal, the links works; however, one of the main links launching another pop up type application seems to freeze on the logon screen. The page does not render correctly. The last 1/4 of the page on the right side does not display - it is cut off. It also will not zoom in or out using either tap or pinch. You can enter info in the user name and password fields, but the logon button does not work - in the previous versions you would have to zoom in to make the logon button larger to get it to respond. Now the page just seems to freeze once it loads. Firefox and Internet Explorer are the only browser that my company website works on. My phone is HTC Evo 4G. When you use other browsers, you get an error code just saying simple accelerator.
This is definitely a bug in Firefox for mobile. We'll investigate it and try to fix it as soon as possible.
I actually got it to work one time in landscape mode, ie, the page rendered correctly and you could zoom in and out. Most of the time, in landscape mode, the page renders correctly but will not zoom. The logon button does not work unless you zoom in to select it.
