There is a little white square in the bottom left corner of my firefox button, which I can't seem te get rid of. It disapears when I click the new tab button, but always reappears some time later. http://goo.gl/jdcu1

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I have found that on my system this is caused by the 'FoxTab' add-on.

Foxtab seems to cause it, my version 1.4.1 in FF4 RC1, problem was there on the beta's too. I'll send them a support question.

Yes it's FoxTab. Anytime I use the FoxTab function, the white square disappears for some time, and then it shows up again... Thank god I do not rely on that extension too much.
