There are some bookmark addons available, I do not know, but some may offer that sort of feature. Meanwhile that sort of task can be done fairly quickly manually using firefox's library view of bookmarks; with its built in sort feature. Groups of folders or groups of bookmarks may be copied and pasted or dragged and dropped etc. If a folder full of bookmarks is in an unsorted order you may use the sort options to sort the display; if you choose to copy and paste the bookmarks whilst they are displaying as sorted in alpha order, that is the order they remain in as you paste them into the new location. There are however limitations on the size of such actions that can be completed without Firefox hanging, especially if the bookmarks are in deeply nested folders you may need to reduce the size of the chunks you try to move at any one time.
