I see many errors with text in the Flash plugin latest version
I cannot read text with FlashPlayer (for ex. http://img227.imageshack.us/i/catturasd.png/ )
I already tried many time to unistall the plugin, also with the Adobe Unistall programm from Adobe.com.
Any ideas?

Presumably the page linked to is a screen grab of your problem.
- Have you thought of using a normal version of firefox instead of a beta version ? (I note from your system information you are using ff v 4.0b8 )
- have you tried several different sites when using FlashPlayer, to rule out the possibility it is a site problem
- No doubt you have already seen the troubleshooting & install/uninstall information on Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems
It may not be vital that you fully and correctly uninstall FlashPlayer if you have given up on attempting to use it. The main problem with not being able to uninstall is probably when another version needs installing. I personally sometimes have had problems when installing or uninstalling Adobe products, and sometimes have found their standalone installers, available from some of their related sites, may work more reliably than the usual online offerings.
It seems to be a problem with the Hardware Acceleration in Firefox. I was also having this problem along with some Flash content not loading properly at all (Embedded YouTube videos for example). All that would show was a white box.
Anyway, turning off Hardware Acceleration in the Firefox options should solve this for now.
Options > Advanced and under Browsing turn off 'Use hardware acceleration when available'
I may have expected Hardware Acceleration to possibly be involved in problems that do; or otherwise would; require heavy CPU use.
I am not entirely sure exactly what the original poster's problem is/ was, although the thread title is mentioning "errors with text". For Hardware Acceleration to work correctly a very recent version of FlashPlayer may be required, and also
- latest video drivers on client computer
- source website using a suitable video encoding profile
Turning off Hardware Acceleration could help in some circumstances, however in other instances Hardware Acceleration may be essential to provide smooth playing. So it would certainly be worth trying turning off Hardware Acceleration, but equally some problems may be solved by turning it on.
I can confirm the problem exists for me with the latest ATI graphics card drivers and I've even tested it with the Flash 10.2 beta as well as the current standard release. This wasn't a problem prior to Firefox 4.0beta8.
The original poster's problem is that when you click on a Flash object and goto the 'settings' menu most of the text is unreadable. There are vast blank spaces everywhere as fonts are the wrong colour.
This extends to visiting the Adobe Flash 'About' webpage, where the box which should contain the version of Flash you have installed is completely white.
In many cases I've found entire Flash objects are blank as I mentioned in the post above. You end up with the space where you expect the Flash object to be but nothing is being displayed. If you move the mouse over the area it recognises there is a Flash object there although you can't see the content. If you right click on the area you can even bring up the Flash menu.
All this goes away when you turn off Hardware Acceleration.
Edit: Just to clarify, I am talking about Firefox 4.0's Hardware Acceleration and not Flash's.
Modified
That is going to inconvenience a few users then until the compatibility issues on Hardware Acceleration are sorted out. I wonder which the latest blog is about this possibly: http://blog.mozilla.com/joe/2010/11/10/fx4b7-hwaccel/
Is it only FlashPlayer causing this problem
I've not noticed any other plugins behaving oddly yet.
I also checked with a friend earlier who has a similar system to mine (Windows 7 - 64bit) to see if they were having the same problems and they were.
Thanks for the suggestion, _cin. Now I can see the text (also in the about page in adobe.com) without the hardware accelleration option selected.
I have another problem right now, again with the FlashPlayer because now I can see the text, but I have some problems with animations.
For example, I can't see the Histats.com logo ( here a screenshot ---> http://img808.imageshack.us/i/catturadi.png/ ) as many other pages with Flash animations.
Maybe this problem is connected with the first one? Any idea?
