Firefox Sync is not synchronising my bookmark subfolders

I'm running Firefox Sync 1.5 on OSX, Vista, and Ubuntu with Firefox 3.6.12.

I have noticed that it is not syncing my bookmarks subfolders correctly between machines which means it is not useful as my bookmarks have a number of subfolders. This failing is not mentioned anywhere in the documentation.

Is this being worked on - if so when is fix planned?

Also I find the plugin causes firefox to freeze whenever it runs. My bookmarks.html file is about 5MB which isn't that large....
