I cannot add email attachments in any email application in Firefox

When trying to add attachments in Comcast, I can not add an email attachment (works in IE8). In Yahoo I cannot add email recipients unless I revert to the "old classic mail" which then allows me add recipients. I also have problems from some other sites with the "Radio buttons" such as "Accept all checked" (Tagged.com).
