An extension changed my home page

This article applies to Firefox version 57 and above.
Please update your version of Firefox for the latest features and security updates.
Extensions are add-ons that you can install to add or modify Firefox features. Some extensions take control of your home page (the page you see when you click the home Home Button 57 icon or open a New Window) and the New Tab page (what you see when you open a new tab). If this happens, Firefox will ask you when you open it for the first time if that change is okay.
