Download Notification keeps popping up

Few days ago I downloaded something, but canceled it from the notification. Now a notification with the headline "Downloads" and the file name below keeps popping up ever… (xle nububuwo)

Few days ago I downloaded something, but canceled it from the notification. Now a notification with the headline "Downloads" and the file name below keeps popping up every half an hour or so, when Firfox is closed or in the background. I can't click on it and restart it.

Firefox downloads my images as Tiff files. I do not want them to download them as Tiff but I don't see anywhere to change my download file type preferences for Android … (xle nububuwo)
